Similar story as the others. It was marked delivered with signature without a picture confirmation. The signature used was not my signature. My Arlo camera watching the driveway and Arlo doorbell did not show anyone delivering the package. Sometimes they mark stuff as delivered to maintain their metrics and it will show up a couple of days later. In my case it was marked as delivered on the 10th and still had not shown up on the 16th. Pathetic. A shipment from Banana Republic was noted as "delivered". It was not delivered at my home. A prompt inquiry was filed - Laser ship investigated and again said it was delivered. Banana Republic quickly refunded and asked that I reorder . I expressed my dissatisfaction with LaserShip. I suggested they use another shipping company. My replacement parcel was also shipped via Laser ship. I sent LaserSip detailed instructions about locating my home. I also suggested they call me so I could help with the delivery in real time when delivery was imminent.I didn't want a re-run. Today Laser Ship listed my replacement parcel as " delivered". It is not at my home. They provided a delivery site photo on their tracking site. It is not my home. I sent two emails within the hour regarding the 2nd round of trouble so that perhaps the deliveryperson could fetch the parcel from the wrong house and I could guide. I received a prompt templated respobnse email that they were " investigating". The worst customer service ever. They hurt themselves, inconvenience me, leave the addressee of the incorrect delivery with a dilemma and hurt Banana Republic. I receive more than one shipment at my home from UPS, FedEX,USPS and DHL each week without any hiccups. LaserShip needs to look in the mirror and see the ugly. read more

My experience was the same as Mark D. My shipment from Ulta was marked delivered -- it was not delivered to my home. The photo of the door it was delivered to is in my apartment complex-- but not my door. Unfortunately, I live in an apartment community that happens to have 2 buildings with the same number-- 2 different street names. I assumed that the package had been delivered to the wrong street address. We have placed this package under an investigation that should conclude within 2 business days. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue within that time. I have decided to stop doing business with any retailer who uses LaserShip-- if an item is not available in store-- I will not order online. I will not go through hours of hanging on the phone reporting the issues-- it is not worth my time. The frustration and anger is not healthy. There is definitely something going on with LaserShip that is unethical-- I have read that the drivers place packages at the customer's door and take the photo-- then put the package back on the truck. I am starting to believe this. Another thing that is shady is that I have never seen a LaserShip truck in my community. I have never seen a driver get out of a vehicle with a red shirt with LS logo like they show on their website. I was told when I called about a missing order several months ago that their vehicles are clearly marked. I live on one of the main roads in the community and see cars and trucks come and go all day long. Like Mark D-- I have had packages delivered to my actual home by UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, and USPS without any issue--the duplicate building number has not been an issue for them. I am filing a report with the BBB-- I would encourage everyone who has had an issue with LaserShip do this. I would also encourage everyone to tell Banana Republic, Nike, etc. that you will no longer be doing business with their online site while they are contracted with LaserShip like I did with Ulta. The retailers may not care when you tell them, but massive drops in online sales will send the message loud and clear. read more

The worst delivery drivers ever. I have 2 ways of writing my address since we live in a subdivision of townhomes but each address is stating the unit. I got a text from the driver stating they couldn't find my address so i said some websites will only let me put in the main subdivision then my unit. I've used those directions both and they all take me to the same place no issues. I would never choose a company like this but the place i ordered from automatically uses this and IVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH ORDERS. So He/She needed proof of my address so i sent my order confirmation, a map image that both addresses take you to the same place. He/she told me to call... well they're closed and the driver was sitting right in front of my house since i can see from my ring camera since i was out of town. I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism and lack of care to deliver a package. Why text and ask questions if you won't do the quick thing to solve it? So when or if my package goes missing this company/ driver will be at fault for such lack of care. read more

Worst Shipping Company there is! We have had them delivery items for a few years now and have only had issues and since they are independent delivery people, complaints go no where. So Far we have had a driver rip thru our yard tearing up the grass while our kids where outside, left a package under our mail box in the bushes, fly down our driveway, and the last one they left the package next to a rock with our house number on it that is a halfway to our house showing the package was delivered to our door. I have had several packages shipped through laser ship over the past year or so. Nearly Every time they say delivered but have never arrived. Most recently I had packages they claimed were delivered to my leasing office on a Sunday afternoon. The packages were no where to be found. I was able to get in contact with lasership customer service and they said they would look into the GPS tracking and ask for photo proof of delivery. I asked if photo proof of delivery is required and they said sometimes. They were unable to provide either and simply said the package was delivered and I'd need to contact the retailer. I asked my apartment complex if laser ship had the access code to get into the office and they said no. I shared this info with customer service and they changed their story to say it was put outside the door of the leasing office. Refused to allow me to speak to anyone else or provide the number for the local lasership branch. This company is a scam and I would be on high alert if you see something is shipping with them. Complete waste of time, money and resources for both customers and retailers. read more

absolutely horrible! I received my tracking information from American Eagle on the 15th saying my package is shipped. I was supposed to receive it between the 15th-19th of December. I checked my shipping at it kept saying it's invalid. I called Lasership customer service and they told me it's not a valid tracking number. They told me to contact the shipper and ask for the correct information. I contacted A&E, and they told me that is the number LaserShip provided them. On the 20th my tracking number "mysteriously" was working for being "invalid". However, they tried to show they just received my package and it was sitting at a windmill mobile home park. I chat with a customer service agent and they said they are having issues with their locations for some reason. i kept getting next day delivery times for it to be pushed back. Reasons being they couldn't fit my package on their truck, which is very tiny. the next day it went to package received and updated information again. this went on until the 23rd, which was the day before a blizzard warning. they put down due to incrementing weather my package was delayed . Quite convenient since the snow didn't start until late Thursday night and wasn't that bad. However, the 25th and 26th the weather was clear! I get Christmas is the 25th, but there is no reason my package couldnt be delivered the next day. Their facility is only 30mins away from my home. My tracking number still shows delayed due to weather and it's the 27th! I am not happy about this situation. If customers have to pick our packages up that we paid shipping for just to receive it, shouldn't the carrier have to refund money? LaserShip is absolutely the worst carrier any company could contract with for shipping. Totally unprofessional customer service from false tracking information. To unmarked service vehicles and plain clothed workers. Meaning nothing identifies LaserShip logo anywhere at all. The first time I received their service I didn't know who they were until the worker left package on porch stairs a day late. As I sat on my porch looking at her. She didn't speak just walked away, got in the van and drove off. On to the reason for this review as if the first time wasn't bad enough. I've been waiting for three days now for my package. Which makes this actually the fifth day of what was supposed to be a two day delivery. The first day they said it was delayed because of natural disaster/weather issues which was a LIE. Then second day tracking said out for delivery all day. Next time I checked tracking after waiting all day until the end of the day, it updates saying package was never put on truck and will be delivered the next business day. So I emailed LaserShip and Justin replied ensuring that it would be delivered within the next business day. But here it is now the third day with no package. With the same exact tracking information as the second day (out for delivery/it wasn't put on truck for delivery). Now on the fourth day, I called and spoke with customer service about how unprofessional service was. I was then assured that I would receive my package today. Which I finally did. But it was only after they falsified tracking information to the company I placed the order with. Saying they had made an attempt to deliver the package at 10:48pm the night before. What shipping company delivers at 11 o'clock at night, lol? Absolutely the worst delivery service I've ever encountered. Kept saying they couldn't deliver package I contacted the service 5 times and was assured each time they had corrected initial transposed numbers of address had spoken with the facility and all was fine. Each time after the phone call I received notification it couldn't be delivered "required more information". I've just now received notification from the tracking number they were unable to deliver package and were returning to sender. This was after two phone calls yesterday one in morning and one in evening. I called again today after receiving notice it's was returned and asked to speak with supervisor- was told they would call me. Three hours later no contact with a supervisor! Asked for the facility that had the package not authorized to give me that number! Three of the six items being returned to the GAP from whom I ordered are no longer in stock so now the matching PJs for my grandchildren and a specific pair of infant jeans to go with a shirt I purchased are no longer available and can't be retrieved from the GAP return center apparently. Five other items from the same order from the GAP arrived a long time ago because they were shipped UPS! I've sent things countless times to this address as it is a private residence and neither FedEx nor UPS nor Amazon nor USPS has EVER had a problem. NEVER use Laser Ship! I've contacted the GAP and told them never to use LaserShip for my items that go to Michigan because apparently they can't find my daughters home! read more

We are a large commercial firm located in downtown Grand Rapids. We have been waiting on a package to be delivered to the "commercial" side of the building for a long period of time. We have ended up reordering this item three times. The delivery address states, "Suite xxx". Laser Ship has left our packages outside of the residential side stating the building was locked and it was afterhours. I would hope that large manufacturers will stop using third party carrier services outside of FedEx, UPS, or the United Postal Service so that we are more equipped to track our packages. Those businesses ensure their clients that the package will make it safely to their destinations and intact. If I could give it a negative "star" I would. read more

Lasership is by far the worst carrier I have ever experienced. Not only was my package never delivered, I contacted customer service several times regarding the issue and it got worse with each interaction. Each time I emailed, I got a copy-and-pasted, robotic response that did not address the specific questions I asked and repeatedly said that my package would arrive in 1-2 business days (which never happened). When I called the local branch, they claimed to have no record of the emails. The person I spoke with initially told me he resolved the issue and that the package would be out for delivery the following day. Two days later, still nothing. I called again and each person, including the manager (Stephanie), that I spoke with in the Walker, MI branch was extremely rude, but the manager eventually told me that she would look into the issue and call me back. She never called back and when I went to track the package again, I got an error message saying "Oops! This is not a valid tracking number." I was shocked...they deliberately deleted the tracking information/record of encounters to make it appear as though the package never existed in order to ensure that the customer would not receive it. This is by far the least professional behavior I have experienced with a company. If I could give negative stars, I would. If you see that the carrier for an order you have placed is lasership, cancel it as quickly as possible to save yourself weeks of headache that will still not end in the receipt of your merchandise! read more

WARNING!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON LINE THAT USES LASERSHIP! They ask you what's in the package. If you file a complaint to lasership nothing will be done about it. Lasership AKA Prestige Delivery Systems of Wyoming Mi are not to be trusted!! Once they see that you watch the tracking on line they will not update until after they make a delivery. They will damage the package just so they can inspect the contents. They will say it was delivered but they did not. I filed a Police report for a stolen package, four days later the package shows up at my door out of no where.
