When I see Lasership, I know it's a 50/50 chance that I'll get my package. I had to cancel my meal service a couple of years ago because several weeks in a row they just "lost" my packages. I've had 2 Bath and Body Works packages lost in the past and now, my Grove box has been sitting in Groveport, OH, an hour from me for 15 days. I received a text stating my package was delivered....that was a lie. I have security cameras and Lasership did NOT deliver my package. I called customer service and asked Does Lasership take pictures upon delivery like the other delivery carriers? The Lasership CSR stated no they delivery drivers don't take pictures but Lasership is updating the system and that could happen in the future. So basically Lasership is relying on drivers to say they delivered packages with no actual proof of delivery. Lasership does NOT offer the option to pick up the package instead of having the package delivered. This company needs to be shut down. read more

Two times over Christmas this company did not deliver my packages from Nordstrom Rack. They are taking merchandise. I do not understand why companies keep using them. Today, I received a package that was for a different person on another street. They placed the package in my package bin that also has my address on the outside of it. It should have been clear to the driver the package address and my address was different. This upsets me because LaserShip "delivered" a package to me at 11:30pm one night that I never received. They told me there was nothing they could do because they delivered it. What occurred today is proof that some delivery drivers are simply careless. I'm going to take the package to the proper address. I put a note on the package to alert the residents of what happened. I am also going to alert the senders because this is unacceptable! read more

Pretty much what everyone else has said. If you see that a merchant is using this company to ship something, take your business elsewhere. I understand delays, but their "tracking" system is a joke. Your estimated delivery date comes and goes, and all you can find out is, "It's on the way." I may update this if my shipment ever makes it to me, but not holding my breath. read more

Not sure how this company is allowed to stay in business. My experience echos all the other reviews. My package arrived at their facility in Groveport, and now I've been notified that it is missing. They have one job - what are they doing with all these missing packages? Sounds like a racket to me, I'm sure an investigation would uncover shady dealings and mismanagement. This is just pretty much the same review that I have been reading. I have a package coming from Kohls and it has said out for delivery for three straight days and at night changes to delayed. And then 3 days with no updates. If I ever receive my package it will be the last one that I will purchase from Kohls if this is who they are shipping from. And I am just going to return everything because I need this stuff, so I am repurchasing it from another store. Very poor customer service. People deserve to know what is going on with their packages. Be upfront and let someone know the circumstances, don't just leave them hanging wondering if their package is coming or not. I checked the tracking at 7pm yesterday and it already had tracking information entered in for later in the evening. Like "10:41pm out for delivery" and "11:00 PM We're working hard to deliver your package soon..." If they can predict the future, then they're probably in the wrong business. But as it turns out, they can't even predict when they will deliver. I had never heard of this shipping company before but I sure as heck wouldn't volunteer to use them over USPS/Fedex/UPS... I've used Chewy for a few years now. Since they started using laser ship I have had issues 3/3 times. Packages are dropped off smashed with all contents in the box either destroyed or missing. Last night I had an order go out for delivery at 8:45pm and I still have not received it. The tracking is impossible and I've been on hold for a long time waiting to figure out what's going on. Update: Even though my package was out for delivery last night, I was informed that I will receive it in the next two or three business days. read more

I'm not one to leave reviews but my recent experience with Lasership was so bad, I feel the need to share it. I haven't dealt with any delivery carrier or shipping service completely losing a package for several years. I understand mistakes happen. My issue is, when for the first time in YEARS I lost a package, Lasership was impossible to contact. Never heard of Lasership till now, and I'm legit going to try and avoid them in the future. My package was "incorrectly routed" two days after it supposedly shipped, and the tracking never updated again. The clothing retailer I had placed the $200 order with told me to reach out to Lasership. I used their "contact us and we'll respond within 2 business days" form 2 times over 10+ days with no response. Finally, I DM them on Twitter, where they respond "we cannot confirm control of this package, reach out to seller". I responded asking if they could clarify if the package is lost or not, given that's what the seller asked for. They never responded. The retailer did eventually process a refund, after I had to explain I had reached out to Lasership several times with no response. I feel lucky that the retailer was responsive and eventually agreed they thought the package was lost. If they hadn't been so helpful, Lasership would've left me $200 poorer with absolutely no communication about their mistake. Something that was particularly sketchy to me was the "delivery date" updating despite the package being lost. It would update a day late... right now, even though the PACKAGE IS LOST, it has an estimated delivery date of yesterday. What the hell is that? read more

They mark your package as delivered and tracking history shows how the package bounces back and forth from the delivery truck to the hub. When you send them an email to inquire about your package never been delivered they send this in response:"Thank you for your inquiry regarding xxxxxxxxxx. Unfortunately, Lasership is unable to confirm control of your package at this time.  Due to the unconfirmed status, please contact your Seller for further assistance." What are they being paid to do then? If they cant deliver crap why do companies still use their 'services'. My package was probably taken by a driver or distribution center employee. Worst company ever. I wish there was a way to know which companies use them as carriers to not buy anything from them. Go amazon prime instead! read more

My husband found my small package on the ground by our mailbox at the end of the driveway. Most deliver to our front porch. Anyone could have walked down the sidewalk and grabbed the package. I checked the camera footage and watched the man pull up, walk to my mailbox and just literally drop it on the ground and walk away. read more

I ordered something with expedited shipping, and I have been waiting for more time than usual shipping. I have watched the package leave my local location and go to the town over just to come back. Terrible! They received package March 31. they said they couldn't deliver on April 1 at 6:26 pm "business closed". No; business was open until 7:00 pm. April 2 - no delivery attempted April 3 - no delivery attempted April 5 - attempted to deliver at 9:47 pm! Way too late. April 6 - attempted to deliver at 9:24 pm! Again, way too late. I have now had three shipments use lasership all of which have been terrible experiences. I finally received one. Another I had to talk to customer service where I purchased the items and they gave me a refund. I am still waiting on the third one in hopes it will get here. I wish there was a way to know if the company was using lasership. I would not place the order if that was the case. I have a package that came fro NJ via Lasership, arrived at the Groveport, OH and just sitting at that facility for more than 72 hrs now. the packages used to be delivered within 24 hrs upon arrival, but not the last two times. i called the Groveport, OH customer service, I asked for the person for her name three times and I was placed on hold forever. I redialed several times, I was advised to hold each time without even getting the chance to say anything, so ask for a name and this is how you get treated. Somebody answered and after asking for a manager and being asked back what is the matter about, I asked for name again and I was told I have a heavy accent and she cannot hear me because of interruptions. So she understood perfectly when asked to talk with management, but after she couldn't because of the accent. When she finally understood me, same accent of mine and call, she asked who did I spoke with before, advised I was placed on hold after asking for the name 3 times so I don't know, she refused to give me her name, placed me on hold again and came back to say she was advised to tell me to call the corporate and just hang up. This is so ridiculous, I have never encountered or heard of anything similar happening. Thank you for an outstanding customer service experience. Some people have jobs they don't have the basic skills for, just sad. read more

I ordered 2 separate orders from the Crocs store. One order made it as scheduled but the other order has been stuck at the Ohio Lasership facility since Dec. 4th. Oh do I wish I could give zero stars, because that is what LaserShip deserves. I have had 3 different items shipped by LaserShip, not by my choice. None of the items have ever actually been delivered. The most recent shipment was an online order placed on Bath & Body Works website. My package has supposedly been at the LaserShip facility in Grove City on Troy Rd since Sunday January 10th. Each day since it has not moved but the tracking number will say estimated delivery today. So for 5 days each day they just move the delivery day back one day without the package ever leaving the Groveport Facility. I have placed 3 phone calls and one online chat with Bath & Body Works and have basically been told that I have to wait until January 27th until they can help me. I started an online inquiry with LaserShip and I was told that someone would reach out, well no one ever did. I then found an 800 number for them in which Rasheed told me my package would be delivered today because he is looking at the exact same info I am looking at in which the tracking numbers estimated time of delivery will always be the day you are looking at because LaserShip is a racket. So I then found a 614 number and spoke to Crystal, she then proceeded to place me on hold for 26 min. I called back at the 26 min mark on a another phone will still having the on hold phone up to my other ear and Eric answered that phone call. He let me know that I'm actually holding for him on the other line. I said why did you make me wait 26 min and still not pick up. He said well the phone call was sent to my desk and I'm not at my desk. He then said on the second phone call (I'm still holding on the first one) that he would transfer me back to Crystal. Well instead he hung up on me. Crazily, Crystal picked up the first phone call that I had been holding on and she told me my package may have had a scanning glitch. It isn't a scanning glitch. It is a racket. LaserShip does not deliver packages. They lose / steal them. I know I will never receive this package. I have never received one before from LaserShip. I do not know why companies such as Bath & Body Works use them. They are awful. read more

That date came and gone, so I checked the status and it was noted that it was estimated to arrive on December 15th, that day passes and now I am given a date of December 18th.
