Very unhappy with the service provided I ordered from fashion nova back on 5/25/2023. I have order from this website before and have had several packages delivered y LaserShip with no issues. Up until now I signed up to receive updates via text and haven't received anything, which is strange as Fashion Nova stated my order would be delivered by 5/31. I go check my delivery status on 6/11 at 9:11pm status states "We need additional information to complete your delivery. Please contact us within 3 business days at the form below, select delivery instructions". I reached out to customer service via text and confirm my address. Phone number and name and told them everything they show is correct for delivery. Customer Service Rep stated that information will be relayed to delivery department. I got to follow up on my package deliver and now it's showing as of 6/5/23 at 11:22 am " We're sorry. We are unable to locate your package. Please contact the seller for further information"! Now they can't find my package! This is crazy! And again no updates on this happening or even the status of my order changing from pending or Exception! very displeased customer and unhappy with this delivery service read more

like everyone else, i would leave a -1 star review if i could. i would write about my tumultuous experience IF* it would actually impact the company. LaserShip/OnTrac clearly doesn't care... they have the lowest rating compared to all other delivery companies, receive thousands of complaints, and do the bare minimum... and they seem proud of that! it's a lose-lose situation since there's no way to control who's delivering your package. you have to wonder why the people who drive for them even do it. i can't imagine the pay is good since the drivers compensate for their salary with packages people spent their hard earned money on. i've filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes of being able to pick up my upcoming packages next week - and to just avoid the frustration that it's brought me. i called the local LS hub asking how to go about that; for the lady to verify my name and address, and tell me she'll call back when she "finds the packages" (which she never did). whatever the hell that means. i'm sick of being polite to the people on the phone who give me the most half assed and care free responses in regards to a package THEY LOST. pray for the people at my local hub, cause i'm about to go full on Karen on their asses in person. Currier stated that my package had been delivered. Per the neighbor, where my package was delivered too, said currier decided they needed my package more than I did. Once i complained about the incident, ontrac/lazership was slow to respond to my complaint, and did nothing to resolve the issue, just simply stated "we're investigating the incident." This complaint was initiated on 11/12/2023. To this date still haven't received any type of an apology, or payment for loss of order. Do not recommend. read more

This place is STEALING people's packages!!! How else do they lose stuff all the time??? They need to clean house and get better employees. My package is 4 days late, I reached out to inquire about my package whereabouts when it was 1 day late because of the reviews I read on here. They responded and said it was "unconfirmed" the location of my package and to contact the seller. I asked them to try to find it and asked why so much stuff went missing there and they didn't acknowledge my question of why things go missing but agreed to put it into an investigation status only for it to turn out to be "lost" the next day. Seems very fishy. Thankfully the company I bought from is reshipping my order but this is ridiculous! Y'all need to get it together Lasership! I would state that any and every company to not use LaserShip as a delivery service, because there has not been much of any positive feedback from any customer that I've seen. Based on reports, many things are being damaged or stolen by this company. How is this a legit company when they don't even have their own trucks.... Their delivery driver steal packages, they marked my high value Ulta package as damaged and when I contacted Lasership customer service they said Ulta asked them to discard the package, Ulta never asked you to do that , whoever my delivery driver was clearly stole my package and kept it for themselves. I really wish I could give this company 0 stars!!! They have had my package for over 2 weeks. I call customer service and they say they will put in priority for delivery. Mind you I have called a total of 7 times. Today I finally went to the Jacksonville location and guess WHAT....... the place is completely empty. These guys are TERRIBLE don't use if you have a choice my package was to arrive FRIDAY, it's now Monday and they say it's not even on a truck and my tracking number now comes up as invalid on the site. Also tries to pick up the package myself and they just took my number and claims it can take up to a week but they have my package TODAY! The pic taken by delivery driver showed my package being left at a home with a red door , well in my neighborhood there are a million red doors . Here's the update on my recent review: After making numerous calls to "Lasership," speaking with various representatives & even a supervisor regarding our delivery from Fashion Nova. We were told, " the computer system had not properly updated & our package should arrive 11/17/20." Despite the tracking system indicating, "more information required."-UNEXPECTABLE! (remind you it was out for delivery last night 11/16/20 & the correct address provided by company when phoned). If there was a way that I could provide them with 1/4 of a star that would be too much. They indicated that they have made 3 attempts to give me my package in a business area. One was accurate when they came before 8 a.m. The 1st day I was sitting in front of my business when I got a text indicating failed attempt. Tonight when my office normally closes at 5, I've been sitting here waiting past 7 o'clock and still no package. when I called they said they have up until 9 p.m. to deliver. So I placed a note on the door indicating that I am here in the back and leave the package along with my phone number. Sadly, 7:08 p.m. I get a text saying failed attempt... She placed me on hold came back telling me what the driver said. Yes, my voice was raised because at this point, I am pissed! I yells back that the driver said it's a business she pulled the door and it was locked... It was not! My NIKE order has been at the local facility for 4 days now . Every time I call I am told by the end of the day I should have my delivery. They even told me that after today if I don't receive my order I have to call Nike for a refund . It seems that they do this often and know their policies to steal items from customers . This company sucks, I ordered from fashion nova on the 2nd of November said my package should arrive that Sunday the 8th it's currently the 17th and my package has been at the facility for almost 2 weeks I called so many times and they were so unprofessional each time and rude, last time I called they said they were really busy and my package should be out for delivery the next day it's been about 5 days since I called, I also tried to pick it up the one day I didn't work and could go get it and they said I had to wait 48 hours to be able to pick it up. Amazon needs to reevaluate their partnership with this company. We have had multiple issues with packages from Amazon when the carrier was with Lasership. After multiple attempts of delivery where the driver claimed he could not find the address, my husband contacted the company and picked the package up from their "office". It was a room with one employee, one desk, and a few boxes stung about the room. In our recent issue.. the package was Marked delivered at 9:06 pm. The package was not delivered as I was home the entire day. When trying to contact them about the issue, no one answers the phone. This company is a joke and it disappoints me that Amazon continues to provide them as a carrier. read more

my package was supposed to be delivered on 12/7/22 Per the LaserShip websit ETA. On 12/9 the website listed my pa mage as "in route" in Jacksonville fl. Do I waited at the entrance of my neighborhood to make sure my package would be delivered to the correct unit. At 11:42am the status of my package via LaserShip.com went from "in route" to "delivered". All while I'm waiting at the entrance in my vehicle and I never saw any delI very vehicle enter or exit. the next day I requested the cameras at the entrance of my neighborhood pulled from the HOA I was able to confirm that a LaserShip delivery vehicle did not enter my neighborhood. my neighborhood is a one way in/out. Same entry and exit. after reaching out to lasership i was told that the package was listed as delivered and that I would need to reach out to the seller of the products. Which I had already did and they told me that drlivery issues eould need to be addressed with the carrier only. So I'm pretty much at a loss due to this irresponsible and unreliable package carrie. I plan on reach out to corporate to file a formal complaint. read more
