    I was sent here by an employer to have my fingerprints done . I used Google Maps to find glad I did cause it was kind of in the middle of nowhere. Not too far past Ikea . There's not a lot of parking it is in a small strip of businesses. There was a coffee shop that I tried out. There was also a hair salon and a few restaurants as well, keeping them tucked in my mind in my list of places to try. I was greeted quickly when I entered, the young lady at the front desk was really nice. Although they were already open the person that does the actual fingerprinting is not there until 11:00 a.m. So since that was the case that was the perfect opportunity to go and try out the coffee shop. I needed a little pick me up to continue me on through the rest of the day. I enjoyed my coffee sat and did a couple of drafts for Yelp. Then proceeded right at 11:00 back to the postal shop. Good thing I did because soon after I arrived there was a line of customers. The young man who did my fingerprints was very polite. Going postal offers digital fingerprinting. This was my first time ever having fingerprints done this way. Which was pretty cool to do and watch. No sticky ink on your fingers. It took less than 10 minutes from start to finish to have my fingerprints done, put into the system and sent over to the employer. They do offer a variety of other services as far as mailing like packages and different letters and such. I did notice that they had small personal mailboxes on the wall as well. If I'm ever in that area and in need of something postal I will definitely check them out again.

    Never use this place if you want your package delivered. I went there on a Friday to ship a simple key and the person behind the desk said it would be $7 to have it there (in south Florida) by Tuesday and $17 to have it there Saturday by fedex so I went with fedex. Called today Monday at 2pm package is still sitting in there store (it never went out) and of course instead of saying I'm sorry they blamed Fedex for not taking the package when they came in. Wouldn't the person working there think to make sure all the packages were picked up? Go the extra mile and use someone else this place sucks and they don't take responsibility. Kind of like Biden.     Fast and efficient mailing. Tracking was provided for my order, and they made sure I used the cheapest shipping option they have. It might cost a little more than the post office, but you're supporting a local business and getting better customer service. (Sweet, friendly dog in the office. A fun surprise for me, but just take note in case you have a fear of dogs)

    I do not appreciate being lied to. I don't appreciate having my card charged and now I have to wait for a refund because some know-it-all with "17years of experience " not being able to answer my question truthfully. I went in to get fingerprinted. I specifically said that I needed it to not be scanned, that I needed ink to paper. So what does he do? He charged me first and takes me over to a fingerprint scanner. I repeated that I can't have it scanned. That I need it an ink pad to paper. He said don't worry about it, he is going to do it, and it would be ink to paper. So Mr. "17 years experience" prints out the fingerprints. I called my manager and she said it was mot acceptable, so I went in and asked for a refund, and again Mr. "17 years experience" throws around his "experience" about how this was accepted. Then having to hear a lecture and me having to explain myself (again). I literally had to say the words, "Forget technology does exists at all. I need my fingers rowed on a ink pad to paper." I don't care about his experience. I don't care if he is right, or thinks he is right. I repeatedly told him that I could not have it scanned. I don't appreciate my time also being wasted because he thought he knew better and couldn't just flatly told me they don't do that BEFORE I got charged on my card (and now have to wait for a refund to clear). I don't care if he "knew better" and felt that he news to throw his "experience" around. Like that matters when he couldn't answer the questioned asked. A question and a conversation I repeated to him. I called my boss to see if these were acceptable and scanned fingerprints are not. FYI of someone says they need to be fingerprinted and have it not be scanned, direct them to the police station If you go on Google Reviews, you would notice he did respond. This in my response to his comment: First of all, I want everyone to see how petty this man is. My real name has NOTHING to do with the review. Writing my real name has no impact, he did it because he is petty. I even stated how nice you were to another customer, which you took the opportunity to throw in "I try to be. I don't know why people question me. I have been doing this for 17 years." Secondly, are you really going to deny that I *repeatedly* stated that I need it not scanned? That I need it ink to paper? That I did infact say, before you scanned my fingers, it needs to be with an ink pad? Did you not repeatedly said that you will do just that? Your definition to "ink to paper". That you repeatedly MANSPLAINED to me what I NEED. Thirdly, the prints WERE rejected. I think a company who deals with needing fingerprints (NOT SCANNED, BUT OLD SCHOOL before the ability to just scan fingers) for certain Florida licenses every month to bi-monthly would know what is required better than someone who just scans the fingerprints. So they did rejected. I immediately called my job to verify and they say no. You were the one who mentioned I could have refund if they were rejected before my prints were scanned. Fourth, it doesn't matter if I am getting paid for this time. I have a job that require me to do other things besides wasting my time from a guy who mispresented his services. I was giving you credit for knowing what "not scanned" means when were talking in person. Response to response: 1. Nickname on an internet is not lying to you. This make me question you know what you are talking about. 2. They were rejected. You didn't specify if it had to be a government agency. (Also I see that you didn't deny or respond to me repeatedly saying to you that I needed to fingerprinted, but by scanning.) 3. Actually you are wrong again. Got it done at the jail. "Old school" no technology needed. I would call getting it done by actually law officials makes it legitimate. I think this really shows you have no idea what you ate talking about. 4. Whether I get paid or not for my time is irrelevant to this. It was still a waste of time. And it wasn't even your business to ask or to try and lecture me. You are focused on all of the wrong things. Let me help you out. The next time someone says they need fingerprints that are not scanned. You say you only have the scanning method and it gets printed out. For ink pad to paper, go to the police for that type of fingerprinting. Answer the question that was asked.

    Well yet another condescending private message from Goin' Postal which lacks accountability of their part regarding these circumstances see below-- unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I informed them I would post their correspondence to me for others to see. Now I'm being accused of intentionally having him charge me the wrong postage resulting in my package not being shipped only so I could complain-- how absurd?!!! Let me be very clear-- I don't want anything from Goin' postal but good customer service ( as I was previously accustomed to with past owners) & competence & accuracy in shipping my packages when I entrust my items to them!!! Jody L: Business Owner It's nice to see your responsiveness to Yelp comments and reviews. All I did was state the facts which you cannot dispute. If you were as responsive to my emails that day this all would have been avoided. Hmmmm makes me think you may have tried to cause this issue in the first place since you were under a deadline and needed someone to pin the blame on. You certainly have broken the cardinal rule that the "customer is always right" as your facts and experience are completely false. Say what you wish because the TRUTH will always prevail.

    I've never had someone harass me a little review before. I felt it was beyond inappropriate and a bit like I was being Bullied. Heard me good enough to ask me a question the first time. I spent 25 years in a customer service position. 10 of those Working with one of the highest rated customer service stores in the industry. You don't just hang up on people. I've had to call lots of people from my house since moving here in December. They all managed to bear with me until we got through the conversation. It's just Bad customer service. Then to Harass some one well of course I didn't want to talk to you after that. Terrible customer service at this store!

For regular prints, I never have any issue sending them from my home computer and picking up within a couple hours. For my more complicated prints, I have needed to ask for everything from help printing a physical receipt, formatting to print a certain way, cutting properly, and even sending my order to a different location when servers where down. On top of that, I am often able to find coupons online which is helpful for keeping costs low for when my work is for a non-profit or small organization. I love having to stop into this FedEx location, everyone is always so nice, helpful, and they have everything I need to get my print jobs done well and in a timely manner.

As soon as I walked in a young man asked if I was dropping off or picking up. I told him I was picking up and told him my last name. He went to the back to check then came back asking if I had a vehicle large enough to hold it. I pointed out my car and he said "Ok, I'll be right back". He got the package on a dolly, checked out my ID and scanned the box, then wheeled it out to my SUV and loaded it in the trunk. I was fully prepared to do all this myself as I was told that they don't have a policy to load it in your vehicle for you and I had a dolly, but before I could say anything he did it all for me. I thanked him so much and we wished each other a good weekend. I wish I could have gotten that young man's name. Thank you so much!
