Now for the bad. They ruined my sofa, I thought they put furniture on top of padding so it doesn't get grease on the fabric? Black grease on the side of the sofa. Second thing, they were suppose to bring a 3 man team and ended up with 2. More time it takes, more money. At the end, at bill paying time they took off $25 for the third person not showing! Thirdly, they sure chat up with my hubby. Hmmm, more time, more money. The time sure stretched out. Finally, that I know of right now, they put boxes wherever! I clearly had each box marked as to which room it goes. They would also ask me, I finally started saying "what's the box say?" Moving is stressful as it is, I would know, I've done it every two years most of my life (military). This was pretty stressful. I also tipped generously because I know moving "stuff" is not easy. Wonderful but the question remains why would my printer not print ...welllll... yes the three colors are out but I have black ink still so what's the problem? Cameron (printer angel) explains (nicely) even printing black little bits of color are still used so need color cartridges in there too. So I bought 3 colors. For regular prints, I never have any issue sending them from my home computer and picking up within a couple hours. For my more complicated prints, I have needed to ask for everything from help printing a physical receipt, formatting to print a certain way, cutting properly, and even sending my order to a different location when servers where down. On top of that, I am often able to find coupons online which is helpful for keeping costs low for when my work is for a non-profit or small organization. I love having to stop into this FedEx location, everyone is always so nice, helpful, and they have everything I need to get my print jobs done well and in a timely manner.

As soon as I walked in a young man asked if I was dropping off or picking up. I told him I was picking up and told him my last name. He went to the back to check then came back asking if I had a vehicle large enough to hold it. I pointed out my car and he said "Ok, I'll be right back". He got the package on a dolly, checked out my ID and scanned the box, then wheeled it out to my SUV and loaded it in the trunk. I was fully prepared to do all this myself as I was told that they don't have a policy to load it in your vehicle for you and I had a dolly, but before I could say anything he did it all for me. I thanked him so much and we wished each other a good weekend. I wish I could have gotten that young man's name. Thank you so much!
