BEYOND HORRIBLE! Not only did my package not get delivered, but their supposed chat on their site isn't a person, it's just a computer that tells you to call. Fine, I called and after 15 minutes on hold I finally gave up and called Chewy (the company I had made the purchase from). They were supposed to contact Lasership since I wasn't getting anywhere with them. Still didn't hear anything by the next day so this time I sent Lasership an email. They replied that it might be another 2 days before I get the delivery and that I'll receive an email when it goes out for delivery. Chewy offers 2 day shipping, not 4+ days! Now my dogs are out of food! The way Lasership worded the email response was basically like they were saying, "Tough, you'll get it when you get it so too bad." I've already made a formal complaint to Chewy because if they continue to use Lasership, I refuse to ever buy from them again. Mind you, the 'reason' on Lasership's tracking site for it not being delivered was supposedly that it was attempted but more information was needed. It's not like I live on some un-named back road in the hicks that the driver would have had a hard time finding the house. It's a single family home on a main road, not like a condo or apartment that he couldn't find the unit number. If I could give 0 stars I would. Third time ordering from Sephora online and it's the third time this company claims to have delivered my package only to for me to never receive it. As others mentioned having to check their entire yard including bushes, I combed through my front, back, and side yard with no package found. My husband was home and he saw no vehicles show up to the house on our Ring camera. When I called the company the customer service rep was rude and said the package was delivered and they refused to help. I called them back after the rep disconnected me and the second person told me to go check neighbors porches to see if it was mid-delivered, SERIOUSLY?! $200 down the drain. Shameful business practices and in an age when technology is being used by competitors to verify packages were delivered this company is years behind the big delivery companies like UPS and FedEx. How in the world is LaserShip still in business? The "service" is absolutely deplorable and cannot put ANY faith in this company. Why do ecommerce sites continue to use LaserShip when everyone knows they don't accurately track packages. I, like everyone else have had experiences with them stealing from me. Hopefully this COVID-19 situation will finally kill that company off. LOL LaserShip wants me to post all my personal info and my tracking on the review. What kind of asinine request is that? I suppose I can wait a while and then open a case with BBB and I suggest others do that as well. Also suggest that those of you that have video evidence of their conduct on resident's property submit that to the FBI, I've had to do that with another company and it was taken care of fairly quick. This company is Terrible. Communication with them is awful they claim they attempted to deliver my package where someone is on duty 24 hours. They never tried to deliver it. They say attempts are made so they can discard the packages and that means they keep your goods. I will be contacting the BBB AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE THESE PEOPLE ARE RUNNING A SCAM. In the pouring rain I watched the delivery driver as I walked up my short driveway, pull over and kick a box out of his hooptie minivan and leave a box of food on the side of the road in the rain. I never would have known the box came if I wasn't standing there. I tried to walk up and confront him and he sped off ignoring me. It's amazing this company is in business. Worst company in existence. Routinely lose packages or flat out steal them. Their drivers are just random people with a vehicle. it's like Uber for packages but without any background checks and no concern for costumers. Terrible customer service!!!!!! They sent me a text that my address was incomplete which it wasn't. Every delivery service can find my house, they can't.
