The interior was spotless and devoid of any evidence that we took my in-laws' shed-happy Golden Retriever for a ride last week. The exterior was spotless and devoid of any evidence of the immense amount of brake dust that had built up on the wheels. All that for a completely reasonable price. Maybe it was because my car was only nominally dirty and not a complete mess, but they beat their time estimate considerably. The basic wash starts at $10.00 and prices work their way upward. I opted to add the undercarriage wash to mine bringing my grand total to $15.00. Cash is accepted as well as cards. They are also offering a half price discount for the 1st month on monthly car wash packages. I asked what they use since I didn't want to see scratches on the car. I was told it would be soft touch. Once paid I looped around to the car wash entry. The usual drill. Get your car in line, once set on the roller put it in neutral and let the car wash take you for a ride. Within 5 minutes I was out with the car dripping wet. I was blown away by the fact that it got everything clean!! Some car washes miss spots here and there but in this case I was very pleased that it looked so fresh! A good thing to know is that even though the wash is located on Foster Ave you have to enter from the other side in the shopping center next to Hess PT. The car wash is open daily rain or shine. They have been continuing to charge my account even tho it has been cancelled since October. They are refusing to pay back the three months when I was charged in error. I just found that his has been a recurring monthly charge on my card. I wasn't told this, was not given any printed info, and did not agree to a recurring charge. They will not refund for months I was charged. This seems to be a purposely Deceptive practice. As for the quality of the wash, when I previously used it, I had have to circle around and ask for a 2nd pass--lots of dirt left on. A windshield wiper and weather stripping ripped off--up to me to fix. I paid additional for wheel wash for my wife's car and it would only partially clean.
