The lady who did my set kept filling down my finger skin even after I pulled my hand away multiple times. My nails are already lifting and I have 3 different shapes on these 4 fingers. The price was $130 for both pedicure and full set and they rush through them, skimp on hygiene and don't care about your actual skin or real nails. Super disappointed.

From the moment Chris greeted us at the door to the moment we walked out this was a good time. The employees didn't make us feel uncomfortable. Nancy created beautiful nails and her art was mystical! Angel was a great artist as well (check her insta) and both worked in record time for the stylish nails they did. The place was clean. We have already begun planning our art work for next time. They expect you to cancel 48hr prior to your appointment otherwise they charge you a $25 fee yet, they are a no-show. The place appeared clean and well-kept but the unprofessionalism ruined it for me. Clients need their time respected too.

I was told the extensions would last around two weeks depending on how I cared for them. The woman who did my extensions was pleasant and informative. The process only took about 30 minutes and the eyelashes looked great, for the price. I left satisfied with the result. I woke up the next morning and half of the eyelashes had fallen off. I was told I had a two day guarantee, so I went back to get the eyelashes reapplied. When I arrived, I was told the person who did my eyelashes was not working today and I would have to come back tomorrow. I explained this would not be possible because I did not live in Phoenix, AZ, I was visiting family and leaving that night to go back home to San Diego, CA. The woman I was speaking with told me I could pay for the repair again but that was the only option, she was not very pleasant when telling me this. I seldom do this, but asked if I could speak with her manager, she said yes and called, who I am assuming was the owner of the company. The woman spoke with the person on the phone and hung up before giving me a chance to speak with them. I am not sure how the conversation went but the woman said she would repair the lashes but I would have to wait for 45 minutes to 1 hour. She was extremely rude when she told me this as well, making me feel as if I was doing something wrong by asking the to fix the eyelashes. I chose not to wait, in my opinion there was no reason for the wait time, other than they seemed a bit irritated with me. Based on the woman's attitude I also don't know if I trusted her to do a good job with how annoyed she seemed with me. In short, this place offers inexpensive eyelash extensions which I would recommend for maybe a one night event, considering the eyelashes only lasted about 12 hours. Their customer service could use a bit of TLC though.
