It was my first time here, I got here right as they opened at 9:30 and I came for a gel pedi. I got Linda she was so sweet and very efficient. My pedi looked amazing! This place is super clean and the staff is super nice! The lady who checked me out at the front gave me 20% off as a new customer I will definitely be coming back! Also if you ay cash it's cheaper.

Very disappointed. I usually come in and see Lena and she does amazing every time. Today I called 2 hrs in advance to get a pedicure acrylic full set - specifically told the guy on the phone that's what I needed. (Lena wasn't there so I went with anyone) Got there at 2, got sat at 2:17. I chose the basic organic pedicure, and let them know I wanted white gel on top. The first tech started with the pedicure & it was going fine except for when it came time for the lotion massage that lasted barely one minute total. After that she confirmed that I wanted acrylic on my toes and said she couldn't do it and that another tech would. I waited 40 MINUTES. Once the new tech came she started on the acrylic and then took off somewhere without finishing the gel part. I waited another 20 minutes for yet ANOTHER tech to complete my nails. At this point I'm just over it. She finally finished and I got to the front to pay, and was offered no discount other than their usual happy hour one at 15% off. I was charged a total of $100 for the basic pedi, acrylic, and white gel. I walked out at 4:35!! I did more waiting than I've ever done at any nail salon. The job finished was not the best as you can see for paying $100- my toenails were WAY too short I asked for acrylic fora reason. I was a repeat customer but I will not be coming back. My time is important and today was my only day off.

My first time here was a few months ago, and I gave it a try because of the first time customers coupon they offer. The employee Kyle did my nails this time and they came out fairly bad. They were not well quality, and looked very lumpy. What bothered me the most is that my nails were cut uneven. Despite this, I decided to give them another try due to their proximity and promotions. I attributed the lack of quality to the employee, and not the establishment as a whole. Yesterday, I walked in for the same pedicure service with a different employee. I did not catch his name, but I was once again disappointed in the quality of the pedicure service. It was honestly worse than last time with an uneven and lumpy appearance, lack of care in nail cutting, and a very visible air bubble! I had other appointments to get to, so I was unable to bring up my dissatisfaction while I was there. I've been looking at my toe nails since I got them and am really sad that I spent my money on mediocre work.

I've been here three times to get a pedi and I have always had a great experience. I am glad I found this place. I've been recommending this place to my friends and family. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Everyone was very nice. The work they did was good it just wasn't Iwhat i requested. Everything is placard. I paid $100.00 just for my nails. One flower one flower on ea thumb and French tip. Reg polish change on top of that $30.00.Total $133.00. I this high? There was an add saying 15 or 20% off 1st visit. They said we dont do that anymore. read more

This place is new to our neighborhood and every time we drive by it's packed. Today I had the day off & we decided to check it out. From the moment Chris greeted us at the door to the moment we walked out this was a good time. The employees didn't make us feel uncomfortable. Nancy created beautiful nails and her art was mystical! Angel was a great artist as well (check her insta) and both worked in record time for the stylish nails they did. The place was clean. We have already begun planning our art work for next time. We've been searching the valley for a nail salon like this & now we have one right around the corner. Yay us!!! read more

Went in for a pedicure. It was very rushed. The "massage" portion of the pedicure was only 3 minutes long with no quality. I wanted to treat myself to a nice pedicure after a long weekend of working so I upgraded to the hot stone package. All that was done was rub the stone on my leg for maybe 15 seconds and then done. Have been here before and haven't received such a negative experience :/ read more

I called to get an eyebrow wax and manager lady left me hold. I drove there while I was on hold walked in and was still on hold. They didn't look very busy. The woman at the front said everyone who does waxing was on vacation! Horrible customer service!!! Then asked me if I could come back later...why would I come back later if everyone who does the waxing is on vacation! I will not give this place my money or business! read more

probably the worse salon Ive been to, the lady doing my nails was rough with my fingers and cut me. i asked for builder gel and the material they used is so cheap compared to other places. I payed $65 for it and the nails are not good the shape is off with small bumps. it's been a week and a half I have to go get them redone somewhere else. read more

Incredible job. First time clients get 20% off right now on one service. My tech was Nancy and she did an amazing job. Overall very clean. Their pedicure services are relaxing and unique. Came in today for a pedicure. I was a Walk-In, so I understand waiting to be sat down and whatnot (next time I will be setting up an appointment). The front desk guy was cordial and answered my many questions. I felt relaxed and enjoyed their music and ambiance/vibe there. Worst experience ever. They had to re-do my pedicure because it came out horrible the first time (very streaky and lumpy). They kept telling me that's how it was supposed to be. My gel manicure did not even last a week. When I went back to get some chips fixed (within their grace period). The owner simply told me to leave and that he couldn't help me. Horrible service and way overpriced. Please don't waste your time here. read more

this place is down the street from my house and I always go with my daughter but both times one of us left with out being serviced, 1st time we sat and waited over an hour just to be told they could only do one of us , today we were waiting and another person came in and made a scene about being serviced due t a trip she was taking and they took her and told me they had no tech for me I will never come here again my time is valuable and I felt crapped on by the way things played out THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT NICE PAYING CUSTOMERS BUT I CAN TAKE ME AND MY DAUGHTERS MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE read more

I completely understand that this was a free promotional service, but that doesn't mean a customer's time has no value. If a business chooses to offer complimentary services for training, they should honor confirmed appointments or at the very least handle cancellations professionally and with empathy. Simply dismissing the situation because "it was free anyway" is not good customer service. The issue was never that the service was free it was that a confirmed appointment was canceled after I had planned my day around it, and the situation was handled poorly. If the business wasn't prepared to honor these appointments, they shouldn't have offered them in the first place.
