Mentioned that I'm arriving around 1pm on Friday and seeing if she have any appts around 3pm. She responded around 10:30pm that night via text that she can get me in around 4pm Friday the next day.. Unfortunately due to bad weather. There were many delays from Charlotte, ATL and Dallas.. I kept in touch thru out my trips and she kindly squeeze me in around 6pm that night Customer service: 5/5 Her communications was great. She kept in touch with me thru my trip and changed my appt accordingly The actual extreme volume in fill: 5/5 I'm not a veteran to getting my lashes done.. Her in fills are great.. it been almost a week and I haven't seen much shedding. Location: 4/5 Because it's inside those large salons place. It's hard to locate at first. You have to drive around the parking lot to find it. And when it's dark it will get a bit harder Her salon: 5/5 small and personal. It was late and I'm tired so I didn't get to take pics. But it's perfect since it just a place to do lashes If I would live in Plano. She would been my lash person. Unfortunately I have to fly back to charlotte NC.. Quick note: CASH ONLY PLACE

There were several lashes poking into my eye which created clear discomfort. There were clearly too much glue on the root of the extension, and when I got home there were black lash glue started rubbing off in the corner of my eye. I requested for the classic lash set, right after the application was done. Ends of my left eye, there was a lash extension popped out from the roots, I informed her on it. She took a bit of time to fix it, at the time I'm started to suspect her visions are not very sharp and that she could not see clearly. Tammy did not tell me any lash after care nor did she mention any "refills" needed etc she kept on telling me convincing me how "booked and busy" she is and how talented she is at lashes basically the whole time. I went home with an itch in my eye, I took a picture it was clear she only did one row of my upper lash and some of my own lash were falsely bends inward to be glued on. I have several row of lashes didn't have extensions on and also she didn't stick any lash extensions to the lashes in my outer corner...a lot of them are glued to my eyelid.. When I contact Tammy the NEXT day regarding this she kept on saying it's normal to have lash sticking on the water line or on the lid even when it's clearly poking into my eye. At first Tammy even attempted to blame me saying my lashes are too short and they were too low so that's why she has to apply to my root(what?) . I haven't been doing eyelash extensions for 2+ years, and prior to that none of my eyelash technicians ever said that to me and I know what a classic lash extension should look like and it def shouldn't feel this much discomfort. Tammy refuse to refund me the money, now I have to pay extra to go to another lash tech to remove it and redo it.

Before I even saw her for my appt she answered a million text messages of mine of questions I had and she really made me feel confident that she could give me the look I was going for. I have hooded eyes and they are starting to droop a little and she did such an amazing job at just opening up my eye. They were absolutely stunning! Everyone kept asking me where I got them done. To see Mary you either book an appointment online, entering your credit card info to a third party to be charged at booking or you can text her but her recording says it may be three days before she returns your call. Those options do not work for me. I have always been able to walk-in even if I had to sit and wait for her to finish. I get the feeling this is not her full time business or at least she prefers to work only during the week and not on Saturdays. That's cool, it just doesn't work for me. She's really good with brows if you can catch her.

She filled in my brows before hand and showed me how they would look before starting the actual tinting. While the typical prices were a little on the expensive side, I had the groupon so it was a great value. I will be going back to her, I do think her price isn't as competitive, but it comes down to getting someone knowledgeable with experience, and that is worth the money
