I was so pleased with the response time in getting an appointment. Price was reasonable and my technician was awesome! I love how my lashes look, full but not fake. I also liked how my technician (I think her name was Ally but if that wrong I am so sorry!) really asked good questions to find out what I was looking for. I started getting lash extensions for the first time a year ago. Tobyn was so awesome to answer all my questions and help me get started. My lashes look beautiful and I couldn't be happier with her work. She really takes time and cares about doing the process the right way so that natural lashes stay healthy & undamaged. She uses high quality products and explains the whole process. I would recommend her a hundred times over to anyone looking into getting lash extensions. You will not go wrong with Tobyn! I wish there were MORE than five stars to give her. read more

Tobyn is nice. Cheap fills, however you get what you pay for. When applying lashes she rests her bare hands on your forehead. Never had a stylist do that, they usually lay down a towel or something. Also, when applying the gel pads underneath my eyes she never makes sure all of my lashes are under. When she's done and it's time to open my eyes, every single time I have lashes stuck together. She then just rips and pulls my lashes until they're unstuck, no apologies, as if that's normal. And it's not. Ehhhh, so so. read more

I really tried to like this place. But I've decided to stop going to I Love Lashes. One, they've…read moreconsistently taken 3 hours to do a fill on my lashes. That's just way too long. It's never taken more than 1.5 hours for me to get a fill with my favorite lash artist back home. Plus their chairs are not very comfy. I start to get really sore when I'm laying on their chair past the second hour. I just don't feel like I get enough bang for my buck going there. $90 for a fill (and then I always tip too) but I have to wait 24 hours before getting my lashes wet and they seem to fall out much quicker...which is probably why it takes them longer to fill them in when I come back for my appointments. I flew back home for a weekend and went back to my favorite lash artist and she showed me that their volume fans aren't as flared as how she does it, that's why they don't look as full. I walked out of there LOVING my eyelash extensions and it was only $60 for a fill. It's been 3 weeks and my extensions still look great. I'm sticking with Borboleta instead of Xtreme. I think I Love Lashes has great customer service and they definitely know what they're doing. But this place is not for me.

She will put you at ease on your special day. The makeup she did on my face looked beautiful. I felt so confident and stunning. Unfortunately, I have oily skin. I have to be very selective about the products I use because I don't want smile lines or shine coming through. I had to blot a couple times before the wedding and a few more times after. This is not to say that Megan didn't do a good job. This just means that the products she used didn't get my oily skin through the night. For an additional charge it would be great to be able to get a little touch up kit. I know the Bride could have used one. I would also love to see some products for oily skin. Thank you Megan! :)

Next thing you know we are both being walked back to a couple of side by side short sofas. There is a wicker basket to put your shoes and socks and pillows on the sofas for reclining. We both settled in as they brought out foot baths. These ladies are very courteous, polite and cheerful. They are enthusiastic about their work and do a good job. They put our feet in these baths to soak while they came around behind us and we got a neck and shoulder massage to start. Then they got to our feet and that massage was awesome. They weren't exactly delicate, but they were thorough and not rough. At the end of the massage they toweled off our legs (up to the knees) and feet and said we are done. Not very ceremonious either, but efficient. My feet feel great and I'm relaxed, considering we only went in to get some information and came out as clients. Yea, I would be tempted to go back with any muscle issues. If you want an aggressive muscle workout, I'm thinking this is your cup of tea. There is a large menu board on the wall in the office. It is easy enough to just point at what you want and you're in business. The place is clean and well kept. For the most part it looks like a lot of the rooms are cubbies with drapes, but the full body massage rooms have actual doors.

I found lash envy, while I was frantically scrolling through lash extension salons, to fix a bad job done by another person in town . I got an appointment straight away, and it was with Natalie. Natalie is seriously, the best lash tech I've Been too.the salon itself took extremely good care of me while I was there. They have blankets, and they even songs that I listen too everyday!! I went in to see Gillian for a dermaplaning facial. She made me feel very comfortable, since I had never had my face dermaplaned before! She talked me through everything she saw on my skin and explained to me why she was using certain products. Gillian also decided that my skin may benefit from a mild peel, and damn was she right! My skin has drastically improved from one facial and I cannot wait to have Gillian be a part of my skin care journey! Prior to visiting Tobyn I only had lash extensions once. My first experience was horrible and I was skeptical to try it again. I'm the type of person who likes to put minimal effort into my morning routine so I really wanted to try again. Tobyn was amazing!!! Lauren did an amazing job of doing my eyelash extensions! I've had extensions previously and have had mild sensitivities to the glue but had zero problems with what she used. I got a classic set and it's seriously gorgeous! She's very sweet, a great conversationalist, and did a perfect job on them. I've also never been given an after care kit, it was always something you had to pay extra for so that was a cool little surprise at the end. I definitely recommend this place and Lauren. read more

Loved my experience here! I had never had eyelash extensions before, and booked my first session with Lauren at this salon. The shop itself is so cute and clean, and Lauren made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. And needless to say, my lashes look AMAZING!
