First of all -- SPEED. I was in and out way faster than expected, without ever feeling rushed. Second -- she is so sweet and easy to talk to, which immediately puts you at ease when someone is literally hovering over your eyeballs. Now let's talk about the lashes themselves because WOW. They were done beautifully -- full, clean, lightweight, and perfectly styled for my eyes. And here's the part that really matters: it's been over a month and my lashes still look amazing. I'm just now getting to the point where I might need a fill. The retention is unreal. If lashes didn't shed naturally, these would honestly still look like day one. The price? I made an very important hair appointment with this salon. The time was what they had 3:45 Sat…read more I had confirmed this 2x via text, including night before. 2 hrs before my appt. Sarah called and ran out of time. Told her this was important and took a lot of bravery from me. She said she call back. I was very willing to come in even later, or after 5:30 when I get back into town from work during the week. She never called back. After an hour, I finally called back. She didnt even talk to me. Said she had no time to cut my hair at the time they gave me, today at all!! After that I was willing to come next Sat. but before noon. My whole day was centered around this appt today and I didnt want to waste another whole Sat waiting! They could not accommodate me. This is unprofessional at best. It is not my fault she does not manage her time better. I understand emergencies come up, but that was never the explanation. She told me " her day got ahead of her" She never called back, left me hanging to only have me call back and was un-willing to see me later, if she was running late.

I was nervous, but it was the best experience ever. She did cut off all my dead hair and gave me a shorter haircut. Then I was hoping for, but she was right. My hair looks so much better.
