While some artists slap on lashes in an hour, Jenny is meticulous. She took her time to place a mixture of single and fan lashes evenly between both eyes. Her work is also seamless. She got as close to my lash line without irritating my skin. Three weeks later and my set still looks fab. Jenny goes above and beyond in supporting you with aftercare too. Finally my friend told me about KimmieJacob and I stalked their Yelp and Instagram for their photos. Looking at their results it, I was starting to love it! I quickly made an appointment online. It was quick and easy. Then the day was here!! I was so excited to start. I couldn't wait to see the results. Jake sat down and wanted to know the style I wanted. Wow. Wow. Wow…read more First of all, Kisha is just a wonderful person. So warm, welcoming, and her demeanor automatically puts you at ease. I can't tell you how much this means especially as someone who puts a high value on customer service. She's great! Kisha agreed to see me at 7 am, which isn't typical of a lash artist. It made me really happy because I could see her before I went about my day. Super convenient. While she's still new so she's putting her shop together, it was really easy to find, big, and spacious. I felt immediately comfortable with entering. It also helped that she told me that she's vaxxed and I could wear a mask if I wanted to. That's a huge thing in the Covid age so I appreciated her flexibility. Kisha looked at my eye shape, determined the best lashing for it, and about 2 hours later I LOVED the results.
