Not impressed with waxing with Bailey. I did a Brazilian for the first time with her and she kept having to go over the same areas over and over. Her solution was to leave it on too long and it hardened too much. Then she slowly pealed it back small sections of the strip at a time so the hair broke in half instead of pulling from the root. Now I have stubble. She didn't chit chat at all to make me feel comfortable. We just met. Will never go back. Never. Ever. Also what is with the 2 lifesaver mints laying on the table for me before I lay down. You're not going to smell by breath?! I am rating this business for their poor customer service and lack of compassion and understanding. I just moved to the area and am looking for a new lash place so late last night I booked a fill for Saturday morning. Literally the next morning, I got a bill for $50 due to no show. I called the salon and got no response so I texted them explaining that I just booked late last night but apparently it was for the next morning rather than Saturday. They were adamant that I had to pay a $50 fee for missing an appointment I literally just booked last night but for the wrong date. I feel like this is an opportunity for them to consider the situation and take on a new client but instead I was met with rudeness and was pointed to their policy. The only service I've used here is lash extensions but they've always done a good job. Out of the 3 girls I've had do my eyelashes I prefer Taylor as I feel like she's done the best job. I love how hassle free the lashes are and they normally last me a solid month of looking good. The salon gets quite busy so sometimes getting an appointment is hard. Also, every time I've gone I've had to fill out an information page and it gets irritating, seems like they would keep the page on file or in their system so I wouldn't need to fill one out every single time (I'm not talking about signing the waiver either). If you are thinking of going to this place for a wax, run, don't walk - down those steps and out the door. I never shave, only wax, so I am used to the process and results. Typically I go to InSpa in Factoria but that is so far away... Looked for an option in Bonney Lake and chose Lash Divas based on their positive rating. First, in addition to being late, the girl did not seem like she was a certified esthetician. She did not prepare my skin (no pre-wax gel, no powder) and she was in no way ready to wax - she went in and out of the room more than five times during my appointment. I'm a bigger lady, and this girl did not keep my skin taught while waxing. I had two large bruises on both my armpit and inner thigh (in my 5 years of getting waxed, this had never happened before). I didn't think much of it at the time, but it's been a little over five weeks now and my hair is so much darker and it grew in fuller than I've ever seen. My husband has waxed my legs & underarm (also, never again!) before - and while that was emotionally traumatizing, he did a better job.... that says A LOT! read more

I have been coming here for almost a year and I come every 2 weeks and sometimes every week. The addiction is real, I love my lashes. I see Jen and I absolutely adore her. She does a fantastic job and she really cares about the work she does and it shows. I have never once had a bad experience while I have been in their salon. I use to get waxed here all the time by misty who was lovely and great at her job, she is no longer there so I seen another girl. I will not be back, not only did she not place her hand down after pulled the wax off but she didn't even check to make sure she got all the hair. I have been to this salon three times. I just canceled my Fourth appointment. The first two times at the salon, the lashes were applied and they lasted till the next appointment. The third visit was totally different. A different person applied the lashes. With in a day they started to shed. As I had traveled out of state I did not call the salon. I did call the day back however to let them know at least 50% of The lashes had fallen of. The reception person told me it was because I made a trip???? I did not go to a vacation destination where I would swim . I went to a hotel, to look at potential homes so her analogy made no sense. The salon is not welcoming and presented with an issue, the receptionist makes an excuse as to why the service could not be at fault. Lashes are expensive and the maintenance required is expensive. This place is so cute AND super clean. I got my eyelashes done here and I love them. I went to another lash bar and they did a good job, but the other place was not clean or a legit business, so I decided to try out Lash Divas. They are all about creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere. The walls are pink and sparkley, with black and white photos of gorgeous ladies like Audrey Hepburn. The furniture is trendy and cute. There's a reception area with several separate rooms for getting services. They even have a little coffee bar. Bathroom is cute too, with a full length mirror. My lashes were a fill, as a new client, $60. They took about 45 minutes. Katie, the lashist, was friendly and talkative (but not too talkative). I almost fell asleep while she was doing my lashes because I was so relaxed! My lashes are "shinier" and my husband commented that he thinks he can see more glue this time, but I think that's because Lash Divas are using a safer / higher quality lash compared to the last place I went. I still feel gorgeous! One small thing, I'm sure this happens no matter where you go: my eye started to burn just a little during the lash placement, and the lashist adjusted the tape on my lower lid after I told her my eye was uncomfortable. I don't think either of us thought it was my actual eyeball that was burning, but I did have a bit of red irritation afterwards. I think maybe some of the glue/fumes got in my eye, my nostril on the same side burned a little too. It still hurt a bit, but a few hours later I was fine. I'll let them know when I go back in two weeks, I'm sure it's something they'll be happy to take care of. I'm still happy to give them 5 stars! read more

I have never had lash extensions before, and one of my friends recommended this business to me. I made an appointment with Nicole, and throughout the whole process I was very impressed. The salon it's self was so clean, and cute. After walking in, i already was at ease due to the fun yet professional environment. Nicole did such an amazing job, both with my lashes and with aftercare information and explanation. She was also very professional and gentle!! Was hard for me to stay awake during the process, as I felt so comfy. All of my lashes look great, and thus far have continued to be amazing. So so happy with both quality, and quantity of lashes for just the normal full set. Would recommend Nicole to any of my friends!!! Will be seeing her regularly. read more

Jen, I appreciate your response. Please know my lashist was very nice and professional, however, my lashes are going in several directions, maybe it's the product, I am not sure. I am not one to quickly give a negative review for any business, in fact, prior to this review, I have never posted a negative one. My daughter had her lashes done the DAY prior to me, I simply feel she should have been told a new lash was being used on her that is hollow and sensitive to heat. I am thankful that her lash only singed, and didn't cause more damage near her eye. When I had my lashes done, my daughter showed my lashist her singed lashes hoping to get them fixed. However, there was no on available last minute, which we understood. My daughter went in for her fill within a week because of the singed lashes. At this time, she was told she couldn't get a fill, and a complete redo was required, yet Lash Diva Day Spa did not have time to do a redo set. My concern about blaming the patron is based on the signed lash, not the mascara. My belief is the redo was required because of the singed lashes not the minimal mascara she used to hide the singed. My daughter went later that day to Gene Juarez to get her lashes corrected. My daughter did attempt two times to get her lashes fixed at Lash Diva Day Spa, therefore; I do not feel my negative comment on Yelp was done expeditiously, as I would never want to hurt a small business nor their family. I understand you have since contacted my daughter, explained the other concerns patrons have had with the hollow lashes, and have offered to make it right for her. I appreciate you contacting her.
