While some artists slap on lashes in an hour, Jenny is meticulous. She took her time to place a mixture of single and fan lashes evenly between both eyes. Her work is also seamless. She got as close to my lash line without irritating my skin. Three weeks later and my set still looks fab. Jenny goes above and beyond in supporting you with aftercare too. I noticed that with other places, water usually gets into my eyes whenever I would shower or wash my face. Not with Rosyu! CLEANLINESS! Jenny uses one time use tools and keeps things clean. They have a membership special that allows you to bundle and get a deal for any of their services. I have also tried their brow tint and lash lift, WHOA what a difference that made! we kicked ourselves for not remembering to take a before and after picture. I usually get the same girl there. They do offer to get you into their memberships to save. For example their lash lift was $75 but on memberships it works out to $60 per lash lift/ tint. (Since my lashes are naturally long it looks like I have extensions on once they're curled) And the memberships are like punchcards that never expire. You can use them for some of the services and skip other services that take longer to needing to be done. For example I might need my lip/chin/brows waxed/threaded but can wait to brow tint or lash lift when I determine I need that service again (if that makes sense?) anyways! Great place. Close location to my house. They're a tad more expensive than my normal place that is further distance from home. I can't tell you how much this means especially as someone who puts a high value on customer service. She's great! Kisha agreed to see me at 7 am, which isn't typical of a lash artist. It made me really happy because I could see her before I went about my day. Super convenient. While she's still new so she's putting her shop together, it was really easy to find, big, and spacious. I felt immediately comfortable with entering. It also helped that she told me that she's vaxxed and I could wear a mask if I wanted to. The 1st time was to fill over another's work, the 2nd was a full set, and the 3rd time was a full set after 3 weeks. She completed a full set in 35 min, squeezed me in on extreme short notice, my ass was late, and still hooked it up. The artist does have a kiddo. That makes me comfortable because I have one too. It's $140 for a full set and I continue to be asked where do I go. I come here! I let her know that the cluster-lashes keep failing out. She didn't use them this time. So a few red flags and this is an honest opinion as someone who's been getting lashes done for…read moreyears, this was one of the worst experiences. 1. Owner said she uses a little bit of glue for eyelashes so they wouldn't last and I need to come every two weeks for a fill. That already tells me these lashes will not last long and can fall off easily. 2. She did my lashes so quickly within the hour, I knew they weren't done the way I asked because I had asked for the mega volume and it should take a lot longer with a lot more of volume and definition and not worth the 190$ cost. 3. She had me open my eyes as she was adjusting one side and the glue got in my eye so I wasn't able to see out of my left eye for about an hour. As I was paying my eye was running tears and so in pain I could hardly focus. It was so blurry even driving home was a challenge with that eye. 4. She tried to sell me and pressure me into a membership which I declined because I didn't like my eyelash experience. She mentioned refills without the membership is 90$ but on their website they have it marked as 80$ so I knew she was lying to sell me. 5. She stopped doing my lashes to do another person's eyebrow in the middle of our session. To me that is not professional at all. 6. She didn't have deodorant on and her armpits smelled bad and I'm having to smell this as I'm getting my eyes done. As someone who's been getting their lashes done for years, not the best place to get eye lash extensions and if I were you, I would save my money and time and find another location.
