So I cancelled my appointment like 3 weeks prior to my appt with Viczel and was going to reschedule but had other obligations financially. The day of my cancelled appt i was charged $70 for forfeit of deposit. For one, I never put in a deposit (as far as I was aware of). She should of made me aware of this before booking an appt that same day she done my lashes. On Viczel's policy, it states that cancellations will forfeit of deposit but I never gave a deposit. She just went ahead and charged my card. I'm sorry but I'm not happy with that at all. I'm out $70 for a cancelled appt that I notified her WAY before that day. I would understand if it was like less than 24 hr notice. She should make it clear on her policy that if even someone decides to cancel regardless of how far in advance, that you'll be charged. Honestly I don't think I will be going back to her again. read more

Crystal is amazing. Her work speaks for itself. Not only is she a beautician, but an unofficial "therapist". She has a soothing voice and touch; plenty a time I've fallen into a moonlight sleep, while on her table. Her prices are reasonable and she only uses great quality lashes (sofy synthetic mink). Im not a fan of the "plastic" look, so my lashes are fluffy and look as natural as extensions can. I've been coming to Lash Hideaway for over a year now and have yet to be disappointed. It was a really good experience with Crystal. She has done my lashes three times now. Her place is so comfy and I got to lay on a very comfortable table bed that is warm with a heater.
