I've been coming here a few years and have always been satisfied. Last visit was 6/24. I requested only a cleanup on my eyebrows as they are already thin from cancer. Penchen suggested powder and I declined.. when she was finished, she said let me touch up with powder, so I went ahead and let her. When I looked in the mirror, everything looked fine. A few days later my husband noticed a small patch was missing from my eyebrows. I wear glasses so I didn't immediately notice. I called today to explain what happened the person that answered the phone said how can I help you today even after I explained the issue. She said they always has the customer look at the eyebrows before touching up with powder in my case this did not happen. Needless to say I won't be going back. The young lady I spoke with didn't even offer a discount on my next visit a fill-in with powder to make it look better. Absolutely nothing. read more

I was really looking forward to getting my eyebrows threaded here after seeing the positive reviews, but sadly I was disappointed with my experience here. The technique that the person used to thread my brows seemed really rough and abrasive, and when she held the mirror up to show me how my eyebrows turned out, I noticed that there were two different cuts on my left eyebrow where blood was noticeably visible. She didn't acknowledge it or apologize. It could've been an off day for them but I unfortunately won't be returning. read more

I've been to other places, but I leave here looking good and in significantly less pain. she does a great job every time and is very thorough. She is kind and very gentle. Service was horrible I've never had any issues with this location but today I did. To whom the woman that's working as of today ruined my eyebrows. I spoke to her and shown her specific details how and what I want my eyebrows to look and she did the total opposite by telling me what she wanted to do in her best interest. Mind you she has done my eyebrows before and never has there been and issue until she wanted to do whatever she wanted when they're not her eyebrows. Great experience coming in here! Let's just say I let my brows get out of control.., like teenagers with disengaged parents they quickly got up to no good. My eyebrows were unruly!!!! Staying up late, talking to no goodniks, even trying to vape... damn these eyebrows! I needed order. Been here a few times to get my brows threaded. I used to get them waxed but I prefer threading because it seems like the results last longer. Each time I come here, I get good results. Today, Heera took care of me and she did a good job making them thin as I requested. My brows have always been uneven like 99% of the population, but overall nothing I can't fix on my own with a brow pencil. This place is always clean and I never have to wait longer than 5 min. Pricing is average and there is a bunch of parking right outside in the Ralph's shopping center on Antelope. If you live in the area, you get mailers with coupons sometimes so that's a plus. Not only did the refuse to let me use the bathroom while I waited my turn, I have a medical condition that causes random bladder spasms that makes me pee myself with no control and I try to empty my bladder as often as possible they told me to go to subway and subway told me they couldn't find their key needless to say I didn't get my brows done i went to the grocery store where I ended up having a spasm before I could make it. Another time they wouldn't tint my eyebrows because they were closing in 10 minutes only thread them they wouldn't complete the job cause they are too worried about getting out a certain job than keeping happy clients.
