I just realized I never wrote a review for this place, and I should because it's amazing!!! I see Susanne on a regular basis but I have met a couple of the other girls to and I have never been disappointed. This is a highly professional, skilled, clean and beautiful place. If your standard for eye lash extensions are "only the best" this is the place for you. When moving to Nashville from Sweden it took me quite some time to find a good hairdresser, dermatologist, masseuse... you know. Lately, I've been spoiled by my stylist Renae at Lucy Pop Salon who literally put me together nearly each and every night for Nashville Fashion Week. When you have slept only a handful of hours for a week, a fresh blowout with some extensions make you feel like a human. I was also lucky enough to meet up with Julia Strompolos of LASH a week before all of the NFW festivities. This recently opened spot is directly across the street of Cafe CoCo in the renovated house that served as a vintage clothing store for awhile. LASH specializes in eyelash extensions that can last several weeks at at time. I was introduced to them when I bid on gift certificate for services at a charity event as I had always been curious of how life would be without the glob of mascara wand. And, can I tell you? It. Is. Worth. Every. Penny. The look is feminine and very noticeable yet you won't feel like a drag queen - unless you want to look like one... Love you Suzy Wong. You can choose a Full Set ($250 - $350) or Flares ($175 - $200) and refills cost around $100 a month. I know, I know, it is not inexpensive but if you're someone who is out and about socially or attending events or just need a little boost to your self-esteem, these lashes will make you feel and look beautiful. I honestly didn't think that I was going to continue getting them but after having them on for a couple of months, there is no turning back. Plus, Julia is nothing short of AMAZING. She's efficient, kind, and does fabulous work. I can't say enough nice things about her and look forward to every visit! LASH also has great gift items like candles and products in their adorable waiting area that would put a smile on that special someone's face. Parking is also a breeze with the attached lot. TIP: For you ladies who have an important event like a wedding, photo shoot, or anything else that we have to look our best for, ditch the flimsy faux eyelashes and give LASH a whirl! read more

She took the time to chat through why my experience was less than satisfactory, and we tried to trouble shoot what went wrong over the phone. Okay, so I was hesitant to get lashed for a couple of reasons. #1 - I naturally have long healthy lashes, so I didn't see the point. But my natural lashes are very light and straight and curling them and piling on mascara everyday gets old. #2 - I've heard horror stories of people losing their lashes after getting extensions. That said, I decided to give NASHVILLE LASH a try anyway. After all, I've heard that some of the biggest celebs in Nashville trust their lashes to these gals, so I should too. I've been 3 times and seen both "Amy's". They are both AMAZING!!!! One is the owner - one just works there. Both are equally great at what they do. I can totally see how if done incorrectly your lashes could be affected. That is why it's important you don't go just anywhere. I can also see why people would "panic" when the extensions start to fall off as new lashes grow in, etc. I even sent a "panic" text to my girl saying - OMG I think my lashes have broken off. BUT if you look closely you will see that is NOT the case. These lashes are designed to fall off with the growth of your new lashes. And we shed a ton of lashes everyday. So if you see your lash attached to the extension - that is normal! Also if you see stubby lashes, that is likely "new growth" that isn't done growing. Or can also just be that your eyes are playing tricks on you. When you have these extensions on your lashes look long, full and flawless. So your natural lash sitting next to an extension is going to look like a baby compared to them. They are great for a special occasion and I suggest that is when you first get them. But trust me when I say they are ADDICTIVE and you will want them on all the time. I can't wait to have them on this summer - perfect lashes at the beach and pool - what?!?! The best advice I can give is TAKE CARE OF THEM! They are already waterproof and "life proof" for the most part, but if you touch them as little as possible, wash around them and don't use mascara on them (you don't need it) and buy the $30 sealant to use at home (it's a big tube) - then they will last much longer! read more

My sister offered to buy me eyelash extensions for my wedding in September. She gets them in Austin and they make such a difference with the look of her face. It seemed like such a large investment, but she assured me it was worth it. It sure was! My eyes looked amazing with these lashes and they made my wedding pictures that much better! When Amy told me I would fall asleep while she was putting them on, I laughed and thought that would never happen. Sure enough about 20 minutes in I was out like a light and woke up about two hours later with lovely new lashes. The only bad thing about the lashes was they came off during the honeymoon between the salt water and the pool water. So instead of lasting 3-4 weeks, they only lasted for 10 or so days. I thought about just not doing the lashes anymore, but I emailed Amy just to let her know what happened and she kindly offered to do another set for me so I could see how long they last in normal conditions. Sure enough, they last for 3-4 weeks and look great with very little maintenance. I have not used mascara since I started getting lashes, which is awesome. It is a pricey monthly habit, but I think it is worth it. I get compliments on my lashes/eyes all the time now and I just feel more beautiful with them. read more

Amy K at Nashville LASH is absolutely amazing at what she does! First of all, I was a total Lash Extension skeptic. I live, work, and breathe the beauty industry, and I have seen so many people with crazy looking, shifty- eyelashes. After seeing so many people in the salon (William Edge- right beside LASH) that were sitting in my chair with these gorgeous, long fluttery lashes, I decided I would give it a shot. Amy K was referred to me by a couple of friends and I can honestly say, I am SO glad I went. She started by analyzing my face shape and asking questions about my makeup regimen so she could choose the appropriate length/thickness. She explained the process, and started applying my lashes. Time flew because she is absolutely amazing, and we had a good chat along the way ;) when I looked in the mirror, I was literally shocked. She really enhanced my facial features by creatively placing the bulk of my lashes on the outer corners... Genius! So I go home- follow my instructions, and wake up in the morning looking like I had makeup on. It was amazing. I already have decent lashes, but I am always plagued with mascara ending up all over my face... With these guys, no mascara- I dont even wear eyeliner anymore (which if you know me, that's a really big deal). Long story short, Amy K and Nashville Lash save me ALOT of time in the morning- and if you are crazy busy like me- time is money. I recently had semi-permanent lashes put on by amy. These are some very natural looking lashes, I do not think people even realize i have lash extensions! I decided to treat myself to lashes a year ago, as a one time Christmas gift to look fabulous on NYE. I say "treat myself" because yes, lashes are expensive. I only intended to get a set and then return to mascara....but I did not anticipate how many benefits I would get. Eyes are the window to the soul. That may be cheesy, but this is where everyone you speak to will be looking. Not necessarily at your nails, or your skin, or your teeth, but definitely they will see your eyes. I felt an immediate shift in how wonderful I felt from morning to night. It was an easy decision for me to drop monthly expense manicures/pedicures so I could continue to get lashes (nails are DIY, it's worth the lashes!). Also, I am very short on time and having the lashes makes all the difference in getting ready quickly. My boyfriend marvels at how nice I look in the morning, little does he know : ) Now, a note about Julia Strompolos. I haven't been to the other ladies, so I can only vouch for Julia. 1. I was thrilled to get an appointment with her because I am a health nut and her credentials include RN. THESE ARE YOUR EYES! What better person to handle their care than a true health professional. 2. I was very worried I wouldn't look "natural" but not only is she an expert with the aesthetics, she wouldn't accept my worried expression and offered to do an adjustment after I had a few days to consider if I liked the look. 3. As a bonus?? She is the sweetest most wonderful person to know. Your time with her is relaxing so you walk away feeling like you have been at a spa. I genuinely look forward to chatting with her or sitting in silence at her recommendation when I seem stressed and she wants me to relax. I have heard other businesses are less expensive. Do you trust that glue? Do you think they will be as high quality? Are you dealing with a health professional? No, I don't think so. These are my eyes, and I don't think this is a place to skimp. I had a friend who started at LASH and then tried a less expensive option, and had to go there twice as often, and they frankly didn't look as good. She is back at LASH now! read more

I've been going to Lash for two years and showed up with virtually no lashes after cancer. Amy has worked with me to have beautiful lashes and her application of lashes is not only fast, but impeccable. I've never had any issues, only compliments. Recently, I used another one of the folks there (Caitlyn), and she was magnificent too! Every time I leave I feel like a million bucks. Started going here 2+ years ago after doing thorough research on who to go to for Lash Extensions in Nashville. It is amazing that since that time so many other options have cropped up but so have the horror stories that I hear. I get compliments NON STOP. And what is amazing is that I get compliments from some who don't even think they are extensions. A girl asked me standing in a food truck line last week at Centennial Park what mascara I use. The answer is...I don't. Who needs mascara when Amy and her master artists make me look so beautiful?? I have thin hair and therefore have thin sparse lashes. You would never know this about me after maintaining my lash extensions for so long. Amy is definitely my go-to but if schedules don't allow I have seen others and they are all great. She doesn't keep flunky artisans on her team. Consider this THE place to get your lashes done in Nashville. Only consider the other inferior "pop-ups" if you want a cheap experience and you want your lashes to fall out. My lashes have experienced zero trauma and I really wouldn't trust anyone else in Nashville with my eyes. You only get one set of eyes in a lifetime...be careful who touches them. read more

The price you pay here for what you get lash wise is a joke. I've been getting lash extensions for 6 years in CA, moved here and realized I have to go to CA to get fills still. Although the girls here are incredibly nice and I wanted to like the fills I got, I just couldn't return again. Double the price of anywhere else and sadly not worth it. I've had great experiences and just okay experiences here. I don't normally leave reviews, but this last visit left me slightly upset when I left. I'll start with saying one of the Amys was sweet and personable. Bethany was GREAT and did a great set for me. I've had a full set by Amy, Bethany and Caitlyn. I loved my first set by Amy, but my fills felt light and not as full as I my original set. I was told that it was due to time constraints and that there just wasn't enough time to always get them as full as they should be. I kind of felt that if I'm paying hundreds of dollars that the fills should be similar to what we started with especially since I can only go 2-3 weeks between fills. My set by Bethany was amazing and she even told me about the different thicknesses of lashes and made my lashes more comfortable for me but still full. My last visit was with Caitlyn and I only took the appointment with her because we are going out of town and they only had one spot available otherwise I would have stayed with Bethany. I was there was an hour and 20 minutes (full sets are 2 hours) and at that point I felt like she was rushing me out and checking her phone every few minutes. When I left I noticed the the outsides of my eyes did not have any lashes on them, while she corrected the issue I just felt like she was rushing me out because she said she had someone else coming in. After looking in the mirror that night I noticed how far away from the lash line my extensions were put on; just a few hours later I already have lashes falling upside down (as if they had grown out for 2 weeks already). For $300 I didn't want to feel rushed and given a partial set before vacation. Other than my last visit, I am still addicted to lashes so I'll be going back, I'll just be making it with the other girls. I would still highly recommend the other girls and recommend getting lashes, but they are ADDICTING!! read more

I came here for the first time on Monday, May 29th and saw Ashley. She did such an amazing job repairing my lashes after I was unhappy with some work that was done previously at a different lash studio. I came back a week later - knowing that I would have to- to get my lashes back to where I wanted them. I went today which is Friday, June 2 and saw Ashton. I literally couldn't believe that I found my lash person! It's really hard to find good lash artists so I couldn't have left any happier. Not to mention, the receptionists are AMAZING. I wasn't able to get my lashes filled at home before my trip to Nashville and I was feeling so naked! I couldn't imagine going lash-less for my whole work trip/vacation so as soon as my plane landed I jumped on yelp to see if there was anywhere in town to get them done. THANK YOU YELP!! I found Lash and even though they didn't have a lot of reviews all were great ones. So I called and asked a few questions that I didn't really know what the best answer was (ie what kind of adhesive do you use) - really I just wanted to see how legit they were. Well they passed that sniff test so I made my appointment. Got my lashes done the next day and I L O V E them! She did a great job. They are just like I asked for (natural), evenly placed, I am no longer naked and my lashes are beautiful!! If I lived here I would have pre booked my next appointment. I highly recommend LASH. I kind of decided last minute that I wanted lash extensions for my wedding. I heard so many good things about LASH from some Nashville youtubers, so we called to book for the following week and they told us they were booked up. We told them about my wedding and they were so sweet & went ahead and fit me in that week. Ashley came in early on her off day to put my lashes on and she was nothing short of amazing. She took her time and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The compliments I have received on them are endless. Almost 2 weeks and a 6 day Caribbean cruise later and they STILL look fabulous.
