Lily was lovely and everything but one thing is the personality the other is the execution of work. The place: people go to have a facial or massage in a place that is zen and quiet. It's a space for healing and focus. There's no privacy. The working areas are separated by panels. There are no doors but curtains facing the checkout counter. I could hear the next door client chatting with her esthetician nonstop. For that you go to therapy or simply have that session at home. It was distracting and extremely annoying. The choice of music and volume not okay. It gave me the impression these people wants to make quick money without having proper practice and real experience. I'll keep looking and make the time to check on their certificates online. The ones on the wall look pretty fake.
