I went there to get a fill the lady gave me some BS story that she couldn't do it. They don't do my kind of lashes. I didn't get a good vibe with her at all. I think she saw the color of my skin and didn't want to deal with me. And then she said just go to the store and get individuals and do it myself why would I do that? They offer FREE PARKING, and have their own lot located in the building where they're located. Taryn was my lash technician, I booked an appointment with her after reading a series of good reviews about her on yelp so I guess I'll join the party! I got a foreign fill from her since my original set of lashes were done in my home town. I asked her to add more volume which she did and she also tapered them on the corners for a very full natural lash look . My lashes lasted about 3 weeks before my next fill and even then they still remained pretty full and I was very satisfied with my experience. Danielle is an artiste! I get compliments from everybody on my great lashes when she does them. I really had no lashes before. I started getting these lashes with her last April when I wanted to try something new after seeing how great they looked on a friend. I did try someone else at another place a couple of times, and saw early on that the success of wearing these greatly depends on the technician and you following the strict rules. As far as figuring out if you're a good candidate for these lashes, keep in mind some very important factors: You can't really sleep on your side or it will ruin the lashes. You cannot wear mascara or eyeliner or you'll mangle them removing the makeup (you absolutely do not need mascara or liner anyway if you use these, that's what they're for!), NO STRIP LASHES (again, don't need em!), and you cannot rub lotion on your eyes or use standard soap (must use castile soap with zero additives - Dr. Bronner's is great). If you want a really stupendous result, use Latisse AND get these and you will really transform your look. You can get any length you want, and I have her add some brown in for a more natural look. Wearing these makes a huge difference in all my photos and adds just a tad of prettiness to your face no matter what you're doing. If you can follow the rules, you will love these. read more

Terrible experience with this business. I booked an appointment as a first time client for a new volume lash set on December 10, 2018. I received a confirmation email stating on December 10, 2018 I booked my new volume lash set for my appointment date on Feb. 2, 2019 for $150. Fast forward to Feb. 2, I walk in the lash studio and was asked to fill out paperwork. Teryn brought me back into the room and asked me what lash set I wanted to get. I told her I booked a volume set, she says, "okay, that's $200". I immediately said wait, that's not right because when I booked, the system told me $150. She said "no, they have always been $200 for volume lashes, you must have booked a classic lash set." I thought to myself, I didn't think I booked a classic set but after trying to look for the email for confirmation to no avail at that very moment, I thought, hm, maybe she's right and proceeded with the appointment. On Monday, Feb 4, 2019, I found the email (dated Dec 10, 2018), which in fact confirmed that I booked my appointment for a volume set for $150 for my appointment on Feb 2, 2019. I sent Teryn an email with the screen shot and asked her if she could honor this. She said no, that their pricing had changed in January and it was all over their social media pages. I had not been following their social media pages, but quickly went to their Facebook page to look. Sure enough, December 11, 2018 (one day AFTER I booked my appointment), there was a post by Lash Out Nashville stating that clients can still book appointments through January 15, 2019 and still receive their service at the old pricing but any appointments booked after January 15, 2019 will receive the service at the new pricing. I sent a screen shot to Teryn asking about this and her response was "yes, that was meant for clients who book before January 15th, they can have the new pricing. if you want, I'll refund you the $50, but I ask you to not return as a client." Teryn sent the refund before I could respond to her stating that if she looked at the email confirmation that was sent to me on December 10, 2018 and that I DID book before Jan 15th. Just like that, they are refusing my business over me simply asking a question about their pricing as to why it changed when I got there for my service. So, basically, they changed their pricing and are so unorganized that they don't know who booked before the pricing change and they can't acknowledge the mistake but instead dismiss me as a client because I asked for clarification. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. They were in the wrong and should have honored their pricing that was sent to me. I was a paying customer and now they are flat out refusing my business over THEIR mistake. This is ridiculous. And yes, this whole pricing conversation is documented in writing along with screen shots of the email and their own Facebook post incase they try to say I'm lying. Terrible business practice. I will be submitting a BBB complaint as well. Adios, Lash Out Nashville, I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Don't be fooled by this being a new business!! The girls who work here have many, many years of experience in the lash industry, but have broken off from their previous employer (a popular Nashville lash studio) to form their own business. I have been going to Danielle for many months for volume lashes and would follow her anywhere for her beautiful lash work and awesome personality. I have had lashes for years and gone to about a dozen places in my life and this is the best in the Nashville area! The new location has an amazing, calming room with a comfortable bed and is right in the middle of the Gulch - I am even happier with my fills than ever before due to improved location and atmosphere. After hours and hours of googling and calling around Nashville, I can safely say their prices are actually unbeatable.
