The suite was clean and comfortable. Very friendly and personable. She listened to what I told her I was aiming for and did just that. I hate going to get my lashes done and the tech gives the opposite of what I ask for and I end up with the ugly caterpillar look, but that did not happen here. Her service cost is reasonable and worth it. Happy to have found someone in the area that I can go to, to get my lashes done. 10/10 I highly recommend.

When I tried to use the gift cards, I was told they would not be honored, with no exceptions and no grace period. While I understand that ownership changes happen, it's incredibly frustrating that a business could purchase an existing business, and would refuse to stand behind purchases made just weeks prior. There was no communication, no transition period, and no effort to make things right for customers who supported the business in good faith. The new owners stated that the other Milano locations would honor the gift cards - that is not true. All are independently owned. At a minimum, a short grace period would have shown respect for loyal and LOCAL customers. Instead, this experience left me feeling taken advantage of and unlikely to return.
