Took someone here to get our feet done. Every pedicure was starting out at $68 and when we picked the whole thing was rushed through. If you want to relax then don't go here they will rush through it and get you back out of the door faster than you came in it. read more

Lazy nail techs. They rush your nails and don't do a good. I came twice. First time was ok second was not good. I tried to go back to get the lady to re file my nails because she used way too much acrylic and didn't file well. Looked like press ons. They told me there was nothing to fix. Forget customer satisfaction. The owner (male) who sits at the front is also very rude. Oh and they are overpriced for their lazy work and make you pay in the middle of getting your nails done lol. Long Review Alert***** (If I could give a 0 star and still leave a review I would) We visited this location for a birthday party. I must start off by saying the experience was not what we expected for the prices that was charged. The customer service was very bad! The staff was not very nice to the girls. Being that they were kids they didn't really understand. When we walked no greeting the lady at the front just pointed to the other door and said party over there. I guess I should have taken that as an example as to the service we would receive. We had girls that had to wait a long time to have the services provided. After we spoke with the I believe owner the issue was still not corrected. Instead they tried to charge some of the girls more money at one point. We were quoted one price and then one of the nail tech tried to up the prices one of the party girls. They did not allow the girls to pick the color they wanted instead they picked it for the girls and they found what looked like the driest nail polish ever. When we talked to them about this we were give attitude and no assistance with helping them try and find something they really liked. We did not end the party there because we hoped that it would get better and that being that we spoke with one of the owners that she would resolve the issues. That was not done so after we decided we had enough of the rude and bad service we decided to pay and leave. Unfortunately you would think they would offer something like a 10% 15% discount or something but nothing ! I guess the the female owner called her husband he came and not only did the price change but after we explained the service that was received to him he not only got loud and disrespectful to women but he called the police. Police at a kids birthday! Wow! Keep in mind it was a kids birthday voices was not raised no threats was made just trying to explain to him what all happen and our dissatisfaction of the service. But his thing was he did not care the price is the price. Well the bill was paid we left and I wanted to take the time to make sure that I can help someone else not make this decision. In this economy we do our best to try to give our kids some of the things they want. This one is the one thing that my friend saved up for to give her daughter and experience. I just do not want anyone else to have to deal with spend your hard earned money and get treated like crap. Do not spend your time or money here! If we would have seen the reviews here before we selected them we for sure would not have crossed this locations path!!!!! I included a picture of the area where the kids had the service provided. Again for the prices you are expected to pay you would think they would take care of the equipment. Daughter and I came in for full sets and pedicures. We both loved our nails that Nini and Sara did....our pedicures that Minh and Nina did were so relaxing!!! The only down side was their colleague that was In there yelling at another coworker. When I get my nails done I typically like some kind of peace but this lady made it super hard to fully relax. If I could give 0 stars, I would! I will NEVER go back here again! The restroom is always an indicator of what the experience will be. The restroom was very dirty and unkept. Let me back up a bit. There were workers sitting at the entrance to the restroom eating Popeyes chicken. The walkways between areas is very cluttered and hard to navigate. We sat in the chair and they gave us a service menu opened up to the most expensive services and argued with each other when we inquired about different levels of service and what they included. Taylor did my pedicure and was rude when I asked her to fix certain things. She claimed that she couldn't trim my toenails because they were "already trimmed enough." She roughed up my feet and did not buff out my heels. My feet looked worse than when I came in. The manager asked me to come back to get it fixed and I advised her that I would never return for service. Outside of the crappy service, the workers would not stop talking. They kept interrupting my conversation with my wife and adding their 2 cents in. Overall, I would not recommend this place for the ambience, price, and quality of service. If you are used to a certain level of service, quality and professionalism, this is NOT the place! read more

Long story short, the lady Melinda did my nails like this and if those of you who know ombré does not look like this. The pink from the ombré is all over the place on every nail. From the beginning I told her I didn't want my nails done here just a pedicure because when I do get them done here the shape is off or they are lifting but she insisted and said she would give me a discount. She did this to my nails and when I asked her to fix them or even put white on them she told me no and called the police on me. If you go to their page and see their work NONE of it looks like this. I was going to them for over a year because they do good pedicures. I had no problem paying them I actually was adamant on paying for my pedicure before I left but these nails are hideous and she would not fix them. I was so disappointed and hurt because they called the police on me with a quickness not even trying to fix the problem. I am a black woman and not only did one police officer come three MALE police officers came. I wasn't loud nor was I disrespectful. The entire experience was awful. Was invited to a birthday party for a 5 year old at this place. First off they overbook. They had a party booked until 3 and our party at 3. They didn't clean or sanitize between parties. They just changed party tablecloths and started out party. They didn't wipe down our sanitize they pedicure chairs, the lobby, the food tables...NOTHING. Only some of the staff had on mask. They were EXTREMELY rude to the children when they thought they weren't being observed. They made the birthday girl cry because they didn't listen to her color request for her mani/pedicure. They were yelling at children when unobserved. One of the staff pushed my granddaughter in her back to shoved her out of the way. I paid for a pedicure. I chose the Texan. This pedicure has THREE different massages built into it. I got one hot rock massage. The polish job was really sloppy, it was lumpy and she polished my cuticles. This was a $46 pedicure, I've had $12 pedicures that were better. I specifically chose a pedicure that had all the bells and whistles that I wanted plus extra massages. I got very little of what was offered. Please avoid this place at all cost. They are rude, unsanitary, and sloppy. Management is a joke. The owners a husband and wife are very rude. If you complain about any service they just shrugged you off and stare at you. They don't offer a resolution or a refund. On top of all that they over charged the mother of the birthday girl. They didn't provide balloons or allow the setup that was advertised as a part of the party package. Do not take your children to this place. I wish I give it ZERO stars. read more

The service I paid for was dipped nails and a manicure. The nail technician cut me 5 times and I had to ask her to apply disinfectant. The dipped nails were way to thick and the nails started to lift up after only 2 days. The craftsmanship and work ethic is horrible. Please do not waste your money or time. read more

I went here on a sunday afternoon. It wasn't busy at all. I got a pedicure, I can't remember exactly which one i picked but it was about $40. They have an overwhelming amount of repeated pedicure services. The pedicure wasn't bad but it wasn't all that either. After a week it chipped on both my big toes which is really annoying because I was hoping to get at least two weeks out of this cheaply done pedicure. Will not be returning read more

Maria Maria Maria!!!! Wow I've never had a pedicure like this before and I'm 29 so I've had a lot of pedicures done but none ever felt like this... I picked out my color and that was it. It was like she knew what I needed without even asking. I got a exfoliating scrub and hots stones. She stayed on one leg for what seemed like 10 min exfoliating and I was in heaven .... she scrubbed and massaged at the same time.... the hotel stones were unbelievable...omg... I had chills the whole time... then she beat my legs removing so much tension . I didn't think I was gonna be able to walk .. like walking on brand new legs .... then I got the hot wax and hot towels on my legs .. Jesus all I been missiNg ... I have been coming here for almost 7 months. But today was definitely my last time. First, I got there and I told them I specifically wanted a pedicure with REGULAR nail polish and NOT shellac because they try to change your words and make it seem like you always want shellac. They sat me down with a new girl I had never seen and she brought me the pedicure options in a booklet. Of course, she opened the book to the part where they start at $90. Yeah, Heck no. I went back to the basic $25 section and she tried to make me look at the $40. I firmly told her NO. She asked me like 3 more times if I wanted to do petals and jelly so that i could say yes and then she could charge me more without me noticing. I said no and she just walked away. 15 minutes into the pedicure the water overflowed and she didn't even apologize, just acted as if nothing had happen. Oh and She cut 4 of my cuticles.
