I decided that I wanted a more natural look this go around so I got just a lift and tint on my natural lashes. everything was fine until she got the dye on my left eyelid and instead of just apologizing and saying it would come off in a day or so, she proceeded to scrub my eyelid so much so that 3 days later I have a scab on my eyelid from her breaking the skin.
