I've been trying different nail salons for over two years to find "my place" and I think my search finally ended today. I called this morning to get an appointment. When I arrived I waited about 20 minutes but it was fine. It was TOASTY in that place though. They had the door open but it was still pretty warm. Jenna was my technician and she was THE BEST! She was kind, fun, and worked a miracle on my tootsies! They have literally never looked as good. She took great detail in every step and I could not have been happier. She also put the lotion and everything for my pedicure in the warmer they have so the lotion and oils were warm. So soothing! She made a color suggestion that I thought was great - a brighter red than I had originally picked out. I had a glitter pedicure on when I came in and after she finished the first coat of red she asked if I wanted red glitter for the second coat. Yes, please. It really made the pedicure pop! I love that she anticipated I would like it and it made me like my pedicure even more. I will 100% be making appointments with her again - and regularly. The salon was clean and they use the plastic tub covers for each pedicure which I like. They also have fresh tools for each service in the packaging. The massage chairs are in good condition and were comfortable. There was a tree up in the salon and there wasn't loud music or tv on... it was a relaxing experience. Knocking one star only because of the heat and because I didn't see their services posted anywhere when you walk in so I wasn't able to pick out what I wanted until I was seated in the pedicure chair. Their prices are reasonable though and they have at least 6 different types of deluxe pedicures. They also have pretty decent parking. It's a small parking lot in a strip of stores but I didn't have any issues. I highly recommend checking them out and be sure to ask for Jenna! Tell her that Rachel sent you!

The last time I was there she disregarded me and got on her phone to text and make phone calls in the middle of her doing my nails. I would ask her questions and she'd answer as if she was annoyed. Lately, the service with them has not been good. They ask a lot of intrusive questions and make racial remarks that they think aren't harming. I've been charged extra for things simply because they were having a "bad day." I really liked this spot, but I'd rather go somewhere where they value their customers. Customer service is everything and their prices don't reflect the half-assed job they provide.

I'm 64. Hard to reach those toes. Plus, a massage chair with a foot jacuzzi is $2500 easily on Amazon. Yeah, I looked it up while sitting in the A Nails chair, back being thoroughly massaged by the adjustable chair, feet in warm, soaking (collagen) and my nails being expertly cut, brushed, feet massaged with hot stones, it took an hour y'all. It was very relaxing. They have wine. It was tempting. I understand. That's another day. Van was my technician. I didn't want to subject my royal feet to mere walking afterwards, but I had to get out of the chair eventually. Calculations show that an ROI on just the chair is around 35 visits, not counting plumbing it in and who is going to massage the feet and do your pedicure? I'll stick with Van and A Nails.
