Then I walked in a couple of other places and they were booked up or short-handed so no haircut. Frustrated. At my last three attempts I asked for a recommendation and they sent me over to the new Malcolm's location in Dunmore. I was pleasantly gratified to receive friendly attention and a resolution to all my hair needs. I will be going back again.

She said of course no problem. However not a single one of them has a clean line. It's extremely noticeable because I chose a dark color. On top of that, I asked several times for her to straighten the edges of my nails with the file, as I like a really sharp square. She kept rounding out the corners and got frustrated I wasn't happy. Overall, the salon looked and felt really luxe, but the outcome of my nails is mediocre and I now have to fix them at home because I'm disappointed. I still tipped her for her time, but not for the quality. Won't be returning.

She kept on huffing and puffing I told her hey I'm her to relax I don't like your bad energy and I don't wanted to waste me time... She then said "you're are wasting my time"!!! At that point I got up and left and she was still talking then she started yelling at me!! . I would have paid double the amount if she wasn't a rude racist unprofessional child! She thought I couldn't pay for her services and instead of asking for deposit or I don't know maybe doing the work! She chose to make me feel belittled and offended! Ruined my birthday day weekend. Completely lazy and rushed. I had to have a friend go through and fix it yesterday and she kept finding all these mistakes all over my head. I can't believe the stylist here sent me out of the salon like that. I couldn't even ask for a discount on the service because the manager left 2 hours before my hair was done and I was all alone with 2 stylists that clearly just graduated from beauty school and were just winging it. I had no idea this was going to happen and I was told I was in good hands only to be overcharged for a terrible job that was worth $50. The friend that fixed my hair after this salon is a teacher at a beauty school and she was appalled at the way they did the work. Do not go to this salon, they do not know what they are doing and will overcharge you. I've paid $300 for a full foil, a Brazilian blowout, and a haircut from a much higher end salon so the price here was definitely not worth it for a FULL FOIL that ended up not being a full foil. It feels like the stylist here only put 10 foils in my head. All the pictures I'm posting are the mistakes my friend found throughout the hair (there were more but she got tired of taking pictures of all the mistakes because there were so many), to the result of what it's supposed to look like once my friend was done. I'm also adding a picture of my hair a year ago when it was done to how my hair looked three weeks after getting it done here.
