I set the appointment up and she canceled the day prior due to having an emergency with her child which I totally understood. Then I go to do my fill and make the appointment and I paid the $25 deposit for the appointment. Again she canceled 1 hour before the appointment with another excuse. She asked if move our session to Tuesday which I just assumed it would be for the same time since she said she just wanted to move the session till Tuesday but I was not getting any responses since Monday. I show up to my 6:30 fill appointment and she is nowhere to be found and the doors are locked... She is not answering any of my calls or text messages and took my $25 deposit. Please please be aware and take my review serious when thinking about booking here. I also have all the text message receipts as well and a picture of me arriving at the building and nobody being there. She is extremely unprofessional and stole $25 from me. HORRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL....should I go on? I bought a Groupon and made an appointment on their website. All throughout the website clearly states their cancelation policy, late policy etc. Well Chelsie had NO problems canceling my appointment 40 minutes beforehand. She texts me, can you reschedule tomorrow, I.told her no, what other availability does she have. NO response, I text her back, she tells me I don't have my appointment book, I'll text you tomorrow from the office. She NEVER texted me, I texted her again, nothing. I go back on the website to reschedule. The next available "Groupon" appointment is 2 weeks away. I schedule it, just to hold a spot. Then I call her to see, if I can get an earlier appointment, well I get hung up on. At which point I'm like " Why do I want to do business with someone like this? So I call Groupon asking for a refund, they tell me it's past the 3 day period, I can't get a refund. I tell them how she won't return my messages and threaten to do a chargeback on AMEX. They agree to escalate the situation and look into it, and will reachout to Lasheez. So I text back stating to cancel my appointment, I asked for a refund. At which point Chelsie finally responds, telling me some cockaminey story how they've been responding to me, their phone system was having problems etc. Then she proceeds to tell me, she has nothing to do with Groupon, I need to contact Groupon. I mean she cancels on me, NEVER responds to my outreach. Responds after Groupon contacts her AND doesn't think she did anything wrong. No it wasn't her fault, it's never her fault for being rude and unprofessional. All I know, is if I canceled last minute on someone, and then realized they weren't receiving our texts. I would contact them and look to remedy the situation, by trying to squeeze them in ASAP, NOT text them and argue! But that's ok, Because I ended up going to Reverie Beauty Studio in Bethlehem, which is AWESOME! and told them to Thank Chelsie, from Lasheez Medical Aesthetics for referring me. read more

I am not one to leave a bad review. In general, I can't remember a single time where I have made my grievance public. I know everyone has off days or moments where everything goes wrong. However, the experience I had today at Lasheeze was nothing short of poor management and terrible customer service. Before I get into the details let me just state that you should not go here under any circumstances if you have something important upcoming, ie: wedding, vacation, special event. I made my appointment a few days in advance directly on the companies website. Paid my deposit and read the conditions to be there, arrived 10 minutes beforehand. There was heavy language stating any arrivals after 10 minutes would be charged the full fee. To me this is no concern as I am always on time if not a few minutes early. When I arrived, the building was quiet. I had been there before, almost 1 year exactly, so I knew to proceed to the 2nd floor. I went upstairs and heard the bell go off so I was assured they knew I was there. I waited probably 10 minutes, no one showed up. Finally, and I say this with complete sincerity, I was worried I was forgotten about so I went back downstairs and called out if anyone was there. A woman called out saying go upstairs and wait. Right off the bat, I thought the tone was harsh and rude. This is an entire building with a full reception stand, so I assumed, this particular staff member was busy and covering for someone. I get it. Sometimes we are juggling too much and a customer asking about something we have no control over can be triggering. I said thank you and went back upstairs to the waiting area. Another 20 minutes passed. At this point I am over 20 minutes past my start time. I again went downstairs to see if I can get an update on if and when my service would start. I was greeted with such a snide comment about how I should just wait upstairs and she already told me to do so. I won't gloss over my actions. At this point, I am beyond mad. I reserved my time and was told that my deposit was non-fundable. I was never greeted, never even saw someone else for almost 40 minutes. When she finally came up, she told me she wasn't rude and that I was for interrupting her previous clients session. She asked me to leave when I told her she was rude and this was no way to run a business. Last year she had maybe 3 or 4 technicians, today it was a one man show and its apparent why. I have never in my life experienced a terrible customer service experience. I don't expect any remediation from this individual but just wanted to share my experience so no one else has to go through it. read more

Grid/track marks ON MY FACE more than TWO months later after one session of Fractional Rf microneedling performed by Chelsie, the owner of the salon. I bought a package of three fractional rf microneedling sessions paid in advance. Right after I left her place after the first treatment, I could see the marks of the device she used on my face, clear as day (engraved red lines running horizontally and vertically all over the lower side of my face. I thought the marks on my face were probably normal and they would go away in a few days just like I had read in countless online articles. I was careful to follow all her after care recommendations. Two weeks later and there were still visible marks on my face. I contacted Chelsie and she said "it was part of the healing process" and two months later she continued to say the same thing. She just didn't care. I was scheduled to have the second session six weeks after the first session. The time came and I still had the grid marks on my face. Knowing that she would not reimburse me for the remaining two sessions, I decided to schedule another service she offered in hopes it would help with the problem SHE caused in the first place. I made the appointment and she canceled on me 30 min before the appointment. Well, things happen I thought and I rescheduled for another day. She went on to cancel on me FOUR times, four different days, all within an hour of my appointment! I had rescheduled work just to be able to make these appointments so it was a huge inconvenience for me every time she canceled on me, again, not that she cared. The only way to communicate with her is through text messages and sometimes she takes days to reply. Always with some kind of bogus excuse. That's how she runs her business. I asked for a refund for the remaining two sessions and she said she would send me a gift card from her place. I told her not to bother and I would take my loss. IF she sent it I was just going to cut the gift card in pieces and throw it in the trash. I would never set foot in there again and would never send anyone there either! I know there are multiple fractional rf microneedling machines out there and I forgot to ask what brand she uses. Ask and do your research first and do not gamble with your face. I've learned my lesson. Pay more for quality treatments and not cheaper ones that will you an unpleasant reminder in your face for who knows how long. I am still praying these grid marks on my face go away eventually :(. Looking back I am glad I didn't get any other treatment from her, it would have probably caused further damage to my skin. I found this place on Groupon. I got really excited bc of the services and seemed like a good place to go to from the reviews. After booking a Derma-planning service I saw they had more services. I asked if I could combine microdermabrasion and a facial service while making my appointment. I then noticed and asked if we could just do an acne facial since it included all the services I was looking for. I got a txt about my inquiry on Saturday, she asked if I could come in at 11:00AM instead of 11:30AM to insure we had time to complete the services. I got an txt confirmation from a new number July 5th confirming my original dermaplane appointment @ 11:30AM. I asked again about the acne facial bc I thought I was coming in at 11:00AM. Never got a reply, to be safe I was still going at 11:00AM since that was discovered and this message was probably a automatic message and wasn't updated. The day of my appointment, I am excited and ready to go, then while driving there, I live over an he away, at almost 10:00 AM this morning I got a message asking did I want the Groupon or acne facial. I responded the acne facial which is what I was stating since the beginning. She responded there was not enough time to do that service which confused me bc, on the website it states derma-planning is a 1 hr and 30 min service and an acne facial is 1hr an 45 mins, having me come in 30mins early should have given us enough time. When I reminded that didn't we discussed this already, the conversation took a turn for the worst. It was responded with something about a deep cleaning facial which I never asked for! Then by a screenshot which actually showed what I was asking for, a acne facial! Next thing you know I'm getting told to reschedule when I'm already driving there. It clearly states on the website that you have to pay a fee if the appointment is rescheduled or canceled the same day and you won't be seen unless it is paid. Once again, on the website it states derma-planning is a 1 hr and 30 min service and an acne facial is 1hr an 45 mins, and having me come in 30mins early was giving the exactly the 2 hours she then stated. Then she even tried to say she never told me to come in early at 11. At this point I was like this isn't making sense. The screenshot she even sent showed I said acne facial and showed she told me to come in early at 11:00AM. The txts she sent already seemed rude and on the hostile side, but when I stated this is bad service bc I was already on my way for my appointment, she gets even ruder and even cursed at me. There were definitely other ways to handle this situation. Idk if she didn't read the messages for the appointment or if she thinks they said something else, but it clearly shows what I asked for and the time change she made to accommodate a longer appointment. You don't treat customers like this! Anyone can put on a show to be nice to customers and she may even do nice work, I wouldn't know, but what you do during an issue or misunderstanding shows your true nature.
