After leaving their office for the second time I contacted wake up permanently and talk to Kara regarding my situation. She had a cancellation over memorial day weekend so I took it and didn't get my hopes up. I was in the chair a little over an hour and my eyebrows turned out beautiful. Even better than I expected. Kara took the time to answer all of my question and listen to my concerns and as she did my eyebrows she said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my skin and my eyebrows came out beautifully . Almost 3 weeks out now and my brows look better every day and it saves me so much time and hassle getting ready in the morning. Be careful who you go to and make sure you read all reviews. I'm sad to say I posted a negative review to the people that I went to the first time and it has never been posted. I personally talk to somebody that had went to Kara and had raved about her so I knew going in what her work look like and the good feedback that this individual told me and she was right. Then I go to do my fill and make the appointment and I paid the $25 deposit for the appointment. Again she canceled 1 hour before the appointment with another excuse. She asked if move our session to Tuesday which I just assumed it would be for the same time since she said she just wanted to move the session till Tuesday but I was not getting any responses since Monday. I show up to my 6:30 fill appointment and she is nowhere to be found and the doors are locked... She is not answering any of my calls or text messages and took my $25 deposit.
