During the intake process, it was super apparent that Julie wanted to understand how to best approach my treatment. She asked me what my goals were by the end of the facial, & I had answered that I wanted to better understand my skin in general, and I wanted to feel relaxed during my time there. Julie made sure both of those objectives were met! She had let me know that I had some dry areas (which I had no idea) and made many recommendations for different products to use -- I had been using cleansers that were way too harsh for my face. All of her suggestions she documented on my forms & invoice that were sent back to me for my reference, which I really appreciated! I feel like I understand my face much better, and my skin is looking SO much clearer and brighter! Julie also made my comfort and relaxation a top priority -- she had offered different types of headphones / earplugs for noise cancellation, always let me know in advance what technique she was about to switch to so I wasn't caught off guard, made sure the heated bed I was on was at an optimal temperature; I felt like a princess the whole time! I can only think of one tech in particular who almost caused me from coming back. She was vaping over my head and kept pausing every 5 minutes to text on her phone. I am a very easy going person and if you want to text someone during my appointment (an hour long) be my guest. I've dedicated an hour to be there. But between the excessive texting and vaping - I was livid. However, I haven't seen her since and I decided to not let one person ruin my overall experience. My eyes water a lot so I know I'm not the easiest client - I always warn anyone new that I tear up, ignore me for it because it doesn't hurt me, it's just what my eyes do. Everyone is understanding and feels bad. As I said I've been coming here for 2 years, and have no intention of going anywhere else.
