I really wanted to love them! I have had lashes done before and they lasted for so long. These have lasted about a week. I purposely have been avoiding using makeup on my eyes and have been avoiding touching them. They simply have not lasted and have virtually all disappeared. They looked really full on day one and lasted for about three to four days before they suddenly all began to pop off. And my natural lashes have remained. Photos below show day three and then day seven after application. I will likely go back to my previous person-- I was just so excited to discover a place closer to me to go to! My technician was professional, nice, and efficient but I need them to last more than a week! read more

I absolutely love getting my lashes done and have been going to Layci for over two years. I started having my lashes done by Layci specifically and eventually scheduled appointments with Kendra and Hannah Everyone here is so friendly, accommodating and talented. I live in Chicago now so I can only get my lashes done on a Saturday when I drive back to visit friends and family. Anytime I have had to make a change in my schedule, I can just send a text. Or I usually plan out my visits by scheduling appointments on their website. It's a very relaxing environment and I leave with incredible lashes. I can't count how many times I've gotten compliments on my eyelashes. I've included a picture with my favorite type of lashes, long with a natural feel. This place is by far the worst lash place I've ever been too they don't even have a receptionist to pick up the phone they constantly complain how they're so booked but they're really only booked a month or two ahead I'm from Chicago those salons are by far way more professional they pick up your calls and even if they are booked 6 months ahead they will pick up and let you know very professional but this place by far the most unprofessional place I've ever been too will def not be returning read more

The service and interactions were very unprofessional from start to finish. I walked in about 5 minutes before my appointment time, and no one cared to greet me or let me know what to expect. I waited, unsure of who was providing my service, and finally, about 5 minutes after my appointment time and being completely ignored by all of the staff someone from the back of the room called my name. She didn't introduce herself, greet me, or give any instruction. I had to ask where I could put my things, and throughout the entire process (I had a lift and tint, which took about an hour), the only thing she said to me were basic care instructions after the process was done. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff was talking very loudly and crassly across the room, which was also very uncomfortable to listen to. The lift and tint I had done looked ok at first, but as the dye has faded, it has become apparent that some of my lashes are permed in the wrong direction and lie flat against my eyelid, making them look like there is a huge gap whenever I try to apply mascara. All in all this was a terrible first experience, I will not be returning, and I urge you to look elsewhere for lash services. read more

I had messaged about getting a lash lift done. I informed them my lashes were short and light. They asked me to send a pic and I did, unfortunately they told me it would not work. If you go anywhere else for Microblading you're crazy. I got my brows microbladed by Layci. I was recommended this salon by one of my friends who lives out that way. Because Microblading is such a commitment, I wanted to make sure that I found the right person for the job who I can trust to do quality work. I knew that she was the best choice based on her photos of her previous work and the reputation that her business has. I drove over an hour to get to the salon and let me tell you it was worth it. The salon itself is adorable. The bed was extremely comfortable for having to lay on my back for an hour and the place was spotless. The girls were hilarious. I was trying so hard not to laugh and mess my brows up. Layci explained the process and got to work. She was very detailed and made sure that it was perfect before I left. Overall the process took an hour with 15-20 mins of that waiting for the numbing cream to work. I didn't feel much other than a few spots here and there but it was more discomfort than pain. It's only been 4 hours since my brows were done and even with them being much darker than what they Will end up as, I could tell that I am going to love them once they're all healed. The shape is perfect and it really adds shape and definition to my face that I was missing. Over the last 15 years my brows have gone through hell (thanks plucking!) and back. It has always been something I've been extremely self-conscious about because I could never pencil them in to make them look even close to good. They've gone from sparse, crooked, thin, eyebrows to beautiful sisters all thanks to layci! She will definitely be my brow girl for life! thanks so much ! read more

If I could give the lash dolls a 10 I would!! I went in there to get a natural eye lash extension and they delivered beyond expectation!!! My lashes felt great they looked great and care for them was explained! The fills were fast too! They are certified for lash care!!! I have been going to this salon for almost a year. On Friday 12/8 I went in for a new classic/volume set. Less than 24 hours later I started seeing symptoms of a reaction. Mind you, this is definitely not my first time with eyelash extensions at this salon so of course this would've never crossed my mind. My eyelids were completely swollen and itchy and bright red on Saturday 12/9. There was no way I could wait that long so I had to take almost two hours to remove the set with coconut oil. Since Saturday, my eyelids have been itchy, red and swollen almost shut. They are still swollen, but healing. I sent a message with pictures Saturday evening and didn't receive a response until I sent a reminder message today 12/12. I requested a refund only to be told no matter the circumstances, refunds to reactions are not offered as shown in the "cancellation policies" link. Now of course when booking my appointment, I had no concern with cancelling my appointment, however, the "refund policy" was under the cancellation policies link - very misleading as both policies are two totally different points of concern. Now obviously it's very frustrating to spend $160 on something you love having done ending up like this with no reimbursement or resolution from the company. I expressed my thoughts on this situation only to be shown no compassion as a consumer for the horrible outcome I experienced. With that being said, I will never spend another dime on a small business that clearly only cares about their customers wallet and not their customer. The response and lack of compassion received is completely unethical. As a consumer who loves their lashes done, this is disappointing to say the least. read more
