She talks on the phone the whole time and picks up calls, which is fine since I wasn't planning on sleeping. Most places give you a brush at the end to take care of your lashes but she doesn't. It's been 2 weeks since I got my lashes done and they are lasting an okay amount of time, I do think they have been falling out faster than most places I've gone, but only slightly.

Just make sure you don't use water on your eye for at least 2-3 days. No oil-based mascara and try not to rub your eye or touch your eye/lashes too much as they WILL fall out.

A girl who looked pretty young to me worked on my lashes and I felt as if she worked harder on one eye than the other. I got my lashes done on Friday and by Sunday that eye that didn't get much love on Friday, lost half of it's long lashes. I was upset but since I worked all week, I couldn't go back till next Friday. I had told them that this eye has lost all it's lashes in comparison to my other eye. At first she told me to make an appointment but when I told her how upset I was, they fixed my eyelashes right there & then free of charge. The lashes came out great & I'm happy they accommodated me. The technician removed these horrible lashes that I had gotten at amazing lash in Englewood. The old ones were clumpy, uneven, itched like CRAZY, and just plain gross looking (think Snooki after a long night of drinking!) My new lashes are beautiful, soft, natural looking, and most importantly, super comfortable! I'm so glad i came to Keicos to get them repaired right away instead of suffering for another 2 weeks. The good: I was offered a same day appointment and given detailed instructions via text message…read more Upon arrival I was greeted and seeing as it was my first time the woman at the front desk went over which lashes would work best for me. The bad: According to my text message I had Jamie Jung as my lash tech. Started off normal but my eyes had a mild reaction to the glue and despite being closed my eyes teared up bad, I remained relaxed the entire time but disappointed that she couldn't be bothered to use some sort of cotton to wipe the tears. They made their way into my ears. Not the end of the world but annoying and in my mind I felt she lacked empathy. She for some reason needed to rearrange my head (she moved it into the exact same position??) but it was very rough when she did it. Upon checking out I was questioned on the lack of gratuity which is optional. If I am not giving it that should be that, honestly she should be grateful for what I did give her given my experience. I explained my dismay to the woman at the front desk. I don't think my experience is the standard but then again I don't look like their typical standard client so I personally won't be back and that's the beauty of America I have options.
