I was a little grossed out that her pillows for the head and under the knees are not covered with disposable covers though. She talks on the phone the whole time and picks up calls, which is fine since I wasn't planning on sleeping. Most places give you a brush at the end to take care of your lashes but she doesn't. It's been 2 weeks since I got my lashes done and they are lasting an okay amount of time, I do think they have been falling out faster than most places I've gone, but only slightly.

A girl who looked pretty young to me worked on my lashes and I felt as if she worked harder on one eye than the other. I got my lashes done on Friday and by Sunday that eye that didn't get much love on Friday, lost half of it's long lashes. I was upset but since I worked all week, I couldn't go back till next Friday. I had told them that this eye has lost all it's lashes in comparison to my other eye. Very thorough and meticulous in applying the lashes. They came out beautiful. I went here today for a touch up and wished I'd had the same lady (Monica..I think) as the first time as this eyelash technician wasn't as meticulous but all-in-all the lashes still came out great. Just make sure you don't use water on your eye for at least 2-3 days. No oil-based mascara and try not to rub your eye or touch your eye/lashes too much as they WILL fall out.

However, there was one issue that ultimately made me stop coming. She spends a lot of time chatting with other staff members while working. During my last appointment, my color took nearly four hours, and it genuinely felt as though half of that time was spent on conversations unrelated to my appointment. While cutting my hair, she became so distracted that she completely missed one side which I only noticed after when I came home. I don't mean this as a rude comment, but as constructive feedback. I don't mind friendly conversation in a salon, but I also expect my stylist's attention to be on the client. More importantly, I simply can't spend half a day at a hair appointment. I work five days a week and only have two days off, and those days are precious. As much as I appreciate the quality of the work, I eventually stopped going because I didn't feel my time was being respected. The technician removed these horrible lashes that I had gotten at amazing lash in Englewood. The old ones were clumpy, uneven, itched like CRAZY, and just plain gross looking (think Snooki after a long night of drinking!) My new lashes are beautiful, soft, natural looking, and most importantly, super comfortable! I'm so glad i came to Keicos to get them repaired right away instead of suffering for another 2 weeks.
