Over a year ago I decided to go back to my natural color (dark brown level 4) coming from always having blonde hair. I told ANETA I don't want to see any orange or red tones in my hair and that she can keep my base dark with blonde highlights. "I only want to see ash tones" What did she do? She gave me orange roots (hot roots) and barely see the hight lights she knows nothing about color. Claiming it was a color correction... Lol... Color correction is fixing hair when it has color... I had virgin hair!

This treatment only lasted about a month, it looked nice but I feel she didn't leave it in long enough because I showed concern about my parking meter, so it wasn't worth it, maybe for them because they made money from me. Do yourself a favor and don't offer Groupons if you can't respect what the client purchased it for. This is not a way to gain future clients.
