I wanted to get my lashes done for the Made in America festival so I called Katina literally at 10AM that day, and she was able to get me in at 1PM. PERFECT!!! Now this was my first time getting my lashes done with Katina but she was a gem! She worked with me on the price, because I was on a MAJOR budget, and she made me feel comfortable while getting my lashes done. We had great conversation about music and life, which was nice. She is very insightful and intelligent so having conversation with individuals like that is always great! She even had music on for a soothing, calm experience. It was great! As long as my brows were good I would give her another chance. Well my brows, they are thin, which is why I get them tinted. She waxed and tinted my brows. Within a week all of the tint was gone and I could see what she did to my brows! She waxed my upper brow completely messing up my natural brow line and took off the ends of my already thin brow. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! The staff are incredibly rude…read moreand unprofessional to customers. One of the ladies messed up my brows. I went to La Biotique at Prince George's mall on 02/23/19 between 3pm-4:30pm. First, there was a long line then my turn comes and the lady starts threading my brows not only does she take a little too long she is rather too harsh (I have threaded my eye brows a few times in the past and once at this location so I have an idea of the discomfort level). She threads them the first time and then goes over them a second time, at this point my brows are starting to get sensitive. She stops for a few seconds and I assume that she was done as I try to sit up from the chair she pushes me back to the reclining position this happened like three times. To makes matters worst my brows turned out looking awful. I politely asked to pluck some hairs that were hanging she refused giving me a bunch of excuses. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Except you want to get you brows ruined and experience poor customer service.
