There used to be to be one nice, extremely helpful lady, Gaby Garcia, but she's long gone. It's hard to get some of them to get off their stool to help you. I'm an old lady and have often wondered what it is I've done to piss their sales people off. The Gra eagle Ace Hardware is exactly the opposite, friendly, helpful and a pleasant experience visiting that store. This wastes customers' time, especially for people who are shopping for materials for work or scheduled projects. Overall, the service is slow, the store feels poorly organized from a customer standpoint, and getting basic help can be difficult. I understand that retail can be busy, but customers should still be able to rely on accurate inventory and employees who can help locate products. This store needs serious improvement in customer service, inventory accuracy, and overall efficiency.
