Above average bar food. Very good service and reasonable prices. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I ordered their Philly Cheesesteak and a Sam Adams seasonal Octoberfest. Everything was very good. They offer a 12 ounce ribeye dinner with baked potato, salad, and roll for $22.00 every Friday night. The employees were friendly and polite. Here for the first time recently, and overall it was pretty decent. Our waitress, her name escapes me, was very good and very fun. The two other people I was with really enjoyed their burgers and I got the pork tenderloin half order. It was still very big so I would hate to see the full order. I thought it was fine, but nothing extravagant. Overall, a fairly small place and I personally hate high tables in this place is full of them. I'm not holding that against them though. When I was a house painter I often worked in this area of town, although it's a bit out of the way from where I live, thats how I became a regular for a time. I always had lunch here whenever the CHANCE presented itself lol boo. Anyhow, I personally recommend the pork chop, their ruben, and their fries are all amazing. Of course this is more geared towards simple tastes and regulars nearby, rather than aiming for fine dining, they have their niche and do it well. I would surely say it is way more preferable to any fast food-joint, though that is a given... but surprisingly some people are really hardcore about Mc Burger Queen for whatever reason?? Some people also have no taste though lol and with the price of it now?! Definitely choose a restaurant that can cook nice and crisp on the outside and melty goodness on the inside for the same price, consistently at that! How often is fast food consistent?! Never. When coming here to go to bar to relax and maybe even read or have conversation though? This is a great friendly place to do that. Staff and patrons alike would spark up conversations if you started them I bet. Never to forget the giant portions. It's been awhile but I came almost daily and I know I liked it, and had leftovers for dinner at home which was awesoeme. Whenever out this way I would definitely recommend this place. Never been dissatisfied or unhappy with the cleanliness either. Though I have never been here at any other time of day other than lunch time so my review is limited. I have been a customer for 2 years now at least one or two times a mo. Today I stopped to have a beer and order some food for my wife and something for me to take home. I ordered a 10 " pizza and food for my wife . He came back to the table after about 15 min and I was ready to leave and said we do not have any 10" pizza I said to him could I get the next size up at the same price as the 10" he said no so I said could you put the same amount of stuff you put ln a 10" on the next size crust He said no. So i said its not my fault you are out of 10" crusts so could you cut the next size one down to a 10" pizza size. He said no. So i said to him if I have a customer that is not satisfied with some thing I do or sell, i will do what ever I need to so as the customer is 100% satisfied..Its just good business I think. Oh Last Chance! The dive bar that surprisingly serves decent food. The use to have pool tables prior to the pandemic and they still have some slot machines. They have an outdoor seating area also. The staff is a little cranky and cold unless you're a regular so if they warmed up a bit I would give this place an extra star. read more

I should have read the recent reviews and it duplicates my experience. The waitress seems overwhelmed so I will not even mention that situation. The food came out in different stages, my guest ordered a frisco melt and that came out first, then 10 minutes later we got our soup followed by the worst tamale pie I ever tasted. The worst part was was the smoking area that is kind of inside the restaurant but separated by glass doors. The smoke and smell just flows into the dining area. read more

This is a very good restaurant. The waitresses are very friendly. There are mostly high tables, which you cannot barely see over if you are under 5'3. There's one or two shorter tables though. I love last chance! Not only is the food always delicious, but they are open early and closed late! It is our go to when being lazy but wanting some good breakfast food! We've also had lunch and dinner there too and it's always yummy! Prices are super affordable and portions are huge. Now this is not a fancy place by any means... it is super casual (which I don't mind at all). We often order for carry out and our food is almost always ready within 15 minutes or so. My favorite breakfast item is the "sunrise" where I choose corned beef hash (comes with choice of eggs and choice of bread also). I recently also tried a small order of French toast and it was equally just as good (if you are in the mood for sweets). For dinner/lunch some of my favorites is the philly beef sandwich (the chicken one is also yummy), frisco melt, patty melt, burgers, and chicken sandwiches. I don't know if I can pick my favorite... maybe the philly beef sandwich but that is a hard decision to make. Haha! Their wings are also delicious! You really can't go wrong eating here! Tiny little hole-in-the-wall outside of Peoria on Alta Lane. The only place in Peoria (that I'm aware of) that allows you to have a beer with breakfast. I always get the Cowboy for breakfast (steak and eggs) and have gotten the buffalo chicken sandwich with waffle fries for lunch. Each time it is an extremely large amount of food for less than $10 per person. Highly recommended. read more

They have the best lunch and bar food. Their drinks are also really cheap! Someone had mentioned to me their wings are the best but I thought they were really bad. The butter garlic was not really a sauce just looked like melted butter and someone crushed garlic on it. The wings are disappointing but everything else is delicious! Seriously one of the best places in Peoria! Reasonable prices, large bar menu, great food, large portions, large menu, amazing staff and service, business is clean and accommodating-lots of seating. I am falling in love with this place! Mainly because its walkable, but the service is great, the clientele are ecclectic, the jukebox is decent, has plenty of entertainment, and a nice beer garden. We brought our kids here after a football game over the weekend. We were seated right away which was nice. Our two boys ordered burgers, my wife and I had bread. Our youngest sons burger was raw on the inside and burnt on the outside. We were setting next to the kitchen so we could see first hand that the kitchen staff was horsing around not cooking. The manager took the burger to the window and had it remade. We waited another 20 minutes for his burger to come back out after she had to ask the kitchen a second time to make it. The cook that brought it out flopped it down as if it were my 8 year olds fault they couldn't cook. We definitely won't be back.
