Beautiful views, decent food and nice cocktails. Service really sucked though. Server was super polite but most have been overwhelmed because I barely saw her. I ordered a side of fries when we ordered our appetizers and meals, everything came out at once besides my fries. It started getting busy while we were eating so I saw the server even less. We had ate most of our food by the time she came by and I was able to tell her I didn't get my fries. Fries showed up, we had some place to be in 30 minutes so we asked for the check. We waited 26 minutes before finally getting the check. I saw her take drinks to a table, go cash out other customers, disappear for a while then go back to take orders of the table she took drinks too before coming back to us. She didn't show me the check before I paid and realized I had been charged $70 (before tip) for two $8 kids meals, one $15 nacho appetizer, one $4 side of steak fries, one $14 drink and two bottles of Corona (not sure of the price but I think it was $2-4 each). If the beers were $4 each it would be about $57 before tax I think. Wish I knew what made it $13 extra, I didn't think taxes were that high. read more

Waited 15 minutes for a waitress and nobody ever came so I went into the bar and got drinks. When I came back out I flagged down a a waitress only for her to tell me she wasn't serving tables anymore but would send over a waitress. Another 10 minutes and nobody comes over. Go to bar and get another drink and hear the waitress standing there talking shit about how impatient people are. Great location and cheap drinks....just don't expect great service read more

Friendly staff and amazing views right on the river - best spot for a sunset dinner. Food is just 'meh', nothing special bar food...standard frozen fries, "homemade" cole slaw sure tastes generic and store bought, blackened cod sandwich was pretty bland and small. If they actually cared to serve good food they'd do double/triple the business, given their location. Too bad they just don't care. read more

We had not been there this year yet so we thought we would try it Sunday evening, May 28 around 7:15pm. It was not crowded at all. We arrived about the same time another table did. We sat down first, but the other table got waited on. We sat there for 12 minutes before a waitress asked if anyone had waited on us. When we said no she gave us menus and said she would be right back. 18 minutes later she had still not come back so we left. Seems like every time we go there, we never get waited on And end up leaving. read more

Went with 3 other people tonight as they hadn't been. Started off ok and ordered drinks and an appetizer. Waited, waited, waited, and finally asked about our appetizer and ordered more drinks. When bringing back our drinks she said our food would be up in just a minute. She suggested we cancel our app due to our food being up and she wouldn't charge us. (Well I hope so). Waited some more....we asked to speak with a manager when our food still did not come out and the manager never came out. Not sure why?? After another 30 mins food finally arrived. We finally asked to cash out and the waitress had to ask us all what we got as we were splitting it between 2 couples (somewhat standard practice). Without an apology we were all charged full price for dinner and drinks. I would've have thought something might have been offered for our inconvenience of all the waiting and having to ask about our food plus overall POOR service. We asked about a discount and THEN we were treated badly as if we had done something wrong about making a complaint. Have times changed and making a complaint is not allowed?? I still don't understand why a manager would not speak to our table. Nothing rude was said to any of the wait staff, but it was clear wait staff was talking about us. RUDE! I did feel bad for the food runner, she was trying to do her best, but not being trained well by the wait staff and their lack of attention and customer service! Sad ... the setting is very pleasant, but we won't be back. read more

If there was a negative star I would have selected that! The service at this place is the worst I have experienced. If you get server Ashley, just leave before she fails to check on you or bring your food. Was there with friends and ordered drinks with an appetizer. Then food shortly there after. We got there a little after 7pm, an hr and half later we still didn't have even an appetizer. Was told the kitchen forgot to put in the appetizer and she strongly suggested we cancel the appetizer because our food was going to be out in just a few minute. Food still never came until we asked about it and asked to speak to a manager. The manager who was behind the bar sent out a "pretend manager" to deal with the problem . Never was there an apology for the delay, or what happened. Was told again food was right out. When we did get the food, it was cold. Ashley never came back to check on us until we were done eating. When asked for the check she didn't even know who ordered what. Again NO apology and NO discount, instead ANOTHER server, still NO manager brought us the checks. The entire wait staff played like they were the victims. We are paying customers and treated like we did something wrong. Will NEVER go there again! read more

First time here. Not sure how to rate this due to the Covid 19 virus. We sat outside and tables were 6 feet apart. I noticed tables were not getting cleaned before someone else sat down. Menus were taken from us and handed directly to another table without being cleaned. No staff wore masks. I had my own Lysol wipes so I cleaned our table etc. as for the food, we ordered 4 appetizers. They were all deep fried so nothing special but good. Drinks were good and prices good during happy hour. After waiting 10 minutes to get waitress to acknowledge us everything was quick and she was great getting us refills. We probably won't go back until virus improves. No sense getting sick now after 3 months. read more

I really want to make this my go to place, but the service proves that I cannot. I stopped by with a couple friends on 5/29, we sat there for over 15 minutes without even being acknowledged, not once, thus we left. I get that it was busy, but there still really isn't an excuse when there were three to four servers around. If not more! So, I tried to give them the benefit of the of the doubt, and I returned the next day. I had a party of six, and we had quite a few drinks over a several hour period. The place was certainly far from capacity, I might add. The service was honestly no better. If this place wants popularity they need to step it up. (Stop by your tables more often, or hire more people). read more

came in for my 20th birthday, waited 2 hours for food, which i don't mind because i know they are short staffed- but they claimed people in our party didn't pay and wanted us to repay for food ALREADY PAID FOR. served me (someone with epilepsy, underaged) an vodka drink in which i didn't know had vodka, then had to leave my own party due to a stomach ache from DRINKING, THEN was told by the owner we were lying. this isn't even all. they kicked out my mother. people in the restaurant followed us outside cussing at us. this was a disaster. worst birthday ever. read more

6 of us went on a Tuesday at 11:00 am when they opened, Fast and friendly service everything was delicious except I had pulled pork and somehow it was extremely salty, I ordered something different not just to complain but to let them know something went wrong with the bbq, they made my meal and didn't even charge me anything for the BBQ which I didn't expect, usually you have to pay partial, so we enjoyed it so much we'll go back next month with a bit larger group.
