My Family of 5 joined my High School senior on his class trip to sunny Kew West, FL. We were there from March 29 2019 to April 8th 2019. We had never been to Kew West before and to be honest, even after a lot of on-line research we didn't know what to expect. What I can tell you is we loved the entire experience. My wife found Last Key Realty, Inc. on-line and what felt like a leap of faith we booked a light from Cleveland, OH to Miami, FL and then drove down to Key West (about a three hour drive) very cool if you have never done it before. To be honest what we saw of the property on-line did not do it justice (we rented a 2 bedroom two bath condo facing west on the second floor with a marvelous deck, open concept and plenty of room for all of us. Could sit on our own deck and watch the sunsets every night. Here's the cool part, we were in a gated community down from the Truman Little white House. The neighborhood was pristine, quite and a short walk away from the very active, very fun old downtown area of Duvall Street. We literally walked everywhere we went which made things very convenient. Ok know here's the best part, this property comes with a Guest Service Coordinator. Ours was Mr. Shel Segel. He's lived in Key West since 1975. He is only there to help! You need anything he's your single point of contact. Shel is VERY knowledgeable of everything that's a must do event while your there. He also explains that there is a concierge service that will book your daily events for you, like para-sailing or jet skiing around the island (both highly recommended as a must do) Shel also provided us insight into the best "must see events", like sunset viewing spot, off the beaten path excellent restaurants and the best of the best a restaurant called Latitudes Latitudes on Sunset Key. The fact is, we couldn't have been happier to have had Shel and the Last Key Reality Rentals company as our choice for this once in a life time memory for my son on a senior trip. Where to begin...AMAZING trip to Key West May 2019 and Last Key Realty help make that happen!!! We had a large group accommodating many couples. Conch Casa was the perfect fit for us, enough bedrooms with private bathrooms for everyone. The location....WOW around the corner from Mile 0, under a mile to southern most point, half mile to Mallory Square and two blocks off Duval, you really are right in the middle but off the path where it's quiet. Shel & the concierge service made this trip top notch from making arrangements for tours, grocery shopping, making sure we had all the amenities needed in the house, and even had some key lime pie and rum cake ready for our arrival. The house was clean when we arrived, all linens and pool towels fully stocked, and both refrigerators were stocked with everything we had on our shopping list...which was a mile long easily feeding a large group for an entire week. If you plan on cooking some of your meals, I can't suggest enough to use their grocery delivery service, it is so worth the extra $ for the time and effort! It easily saved us 4-6 hours of shopping, hauling (with no car I might add) and putting away. The entire group enjoyed the house, all it's amenities, location, and concierge service. We will back and hopefully our group doesn't grow any larger cause we would love to stay at Conch Casa again!!! read more

Went to Key West via Key West Express Boat for labor day wkend. Stayed at a condo called "Shang-ri-la". Unit looked exactly like pics on website - absolutely beautiful. The owners did an amazing job with the décor of the place; and the pool area, jacuzzi, tropical grounds, etc... just awesome. Went through Last Key Realty and they were fantastic. Monique Murphy was our contact and was very professional, efficient and friendly. She reached out to us a few times before the trip, and was on top of things from the minute we arrived. Made us feel very welcomed. Only bad part of our experience was the impending weather created by Hurricane Dorian forcing the port to close down. We had to leave and we were only able to enjoy half the time originally scheduled. Alex O'Donnell at Last has been very helpful with any paperwork/info. to help us out due to our trip interruption. We would love to go back again (even stay at the same place :) - And we would not hesitate to contact Last Key - they are a professional team. read more

We have rented from Last Key Realty twice now and could not have found a more professional team of people to have helped us. From my initial contact with Krystal and Lori, to the guest managers for the houses we rented - Shel and Rachel, it was an easy and quick process for us. Shel and Rachel were both wonderful to me and my family, answering questions and helping us book our bike rentals and snorkeling trips. They even got us discounted rates on these. Last Key Realty really went out of their way to make our vacation stress free. Both of the homes we have rented were very clean, beautifully furnished and perfectly maintained. Villa Paradisio was delightful as was Bella Petronia. We have already planned our trip for next year to the Keys and we will be using Last Key Realty again. This was our second time renting from Last Key and it surpassed our last. It was my husband, myself and our two teenage daughters. This house is in a perfect location...quick walk or bike ride to the action...The house is very quiet and very well appointed. We enjoyed using the pool everyday. We arranged for bikes to be delivered upon arrival and used them exclusively for getting around. Shel, our concierge, was amazing. We challenged ourselves to eat at most of the restaurants on his list and we were not disappointed..the food was outstanding! We travel extensively as a family around the world and always find ourselves coming back to Key West- it is the perfect place to unwind, relax, go listen to live music, chill by the pool. Laura was amazing from start to finish at our stay in Conch in the Treetops. She phoned us when we were in Key Largo to see how we were doing and find out what time we thought we would be arriving. She told us to let us know when 20 minutes were about away, and she met us at the condo. What a beautiful condo, it had everything we needed. Laura went over everything with us, she told us everything, the best places to go, place not to go. I have never had such an amazing experience any place we have ever stayed. If I could give a 10 Star review I would, top notch all the way I highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Key West. read more

This was our first time in Key West. We chose Cool Breeze in Truman Annex. We contacted Last Key Realty to make the arrangements and we couldn't have asked for any better service or a nicer home to rent. Lori Bailey (Last Key Representative) was fantastic. From the first time we spoke with her until she called the morning after we checked in to see how everything was going, Lori made sure that we had a great stay. My family and I vacationed with Last Key Realty at Coconut Palms, June 2012. The place was great and the pool was right outside our front door, which my wife and daughters loved. It was very quiet and private in the Porter Court area of Truman Annex. The house was clean and very comfortable. Our guest service person, Lori met us at the house when we arrived and helped us book our trip to the Dry Tortugas, which was amazing. My wife and I have been very pleased with the selection of Large, modern houses offered by Last Key Realty in Key West for monthly rental. Their service is excellent such as arranging a chef to prepare a meal for our guests at our house and selecting a highly qualified nanny for our grandchildren.
