Brandon Stray is among the top tier in northeast Ohio and beyond! What makes him and his company stand out is their ability to custom tailor the entertainment package to YOU, just as the company name implies. The staff includes DJs who each have their own niche and will be matched to the style of your event from soft cocktail to classic disco to hard-rockin' to country-western to karaoke as well! Be careful of DJs who bring home speakers and inadequate sound gear and try to fill a room with clean audio. If something doesn't break, the distorted audio will leave you with a headache. AAYE uses only professional gear from companies like RCF, Electro-Voice, JBL, and others. And it goes beyond just music. To complete the atmosphere, Brandon has one of the largest light shows around, rivaling that of some major national acts. Or he can create an intimate mood just as easily from his huge inventory of lighting fixtures and effects. So if you don't want to worry about this critical aspect of your next event and really impress your guests, you need to talk to Brandon. So we found this cheesy location. Because we planned this just 6 weeks beforehand, I knew the guy wouldn't have a chance in hell of getting the upper floor reserved before then so I knew there was negotiating room. I ended up negotiating two entree choices for the buffet, an open bar plus top shelf liquor for $36/person. That's all well and good until they ran out of many types of liquor and Corona (their only "good" beer) by 9pm when we had the event reserved from 6:30pm-midnight. The food was decent and the servers were personable. The place is very dated with their tables, decor, linens, etc.

The hors d'oeuvres were fresh, hot, and tasty. The beer and wine were also good. No cheap wine was served and it was quite tasty. The second party was the annual Christmas party, paid for by my company. We had hors d'oeuvres, open bar, soup, salad, steak, lobster, nuts, Cheeries Jubliee, Spanish coffee, and tons of cookies and cakes for dessert. This was one of the nicest, most complete meals I've ever eaten! Loved every minute of it! Since they prepared 600 meals that night, my steak and lobster were not hot, but they were warm. Jacki and Mioara tailored their services to our needs and helped guide us through our preparation and special day with such care. Although our wedding was much larger than their usual ceremonies (100 guests), they took us on in stride. We only needed officiant and photography services and I honestly don't believe there was anyone who could have been more perfect for us.
