Her customer service has always been wonderful whenever I have come in contact with her, but this recent time was UNMATCHED!!! There was a maintenance issue with my U-Haul and to make it short, Abby made sure I was well taken care of and got everything that I needed. She was so kind and understanding and truly went above and beyond. I wish that everyone could be like Abby. She is such a light in this small town and someone who I would recommend anyone work with. I found out about being billed by checking my credit card statements. As I was billed on the 1st of September, I vacated on the 4th and they would not give me any sort of reimbursement. Therefore, I was blindsided by this bill and it is bad ethics for them to charge me for the entire month as other storage units reimbursed my peers for a similar predicament
