Her customer service has always been wonderful whenever I have come in contact with her, but this recent time was UNMATCHED!!! There was a maintenance issue with my U-Haul and to make it short, Abby made sure I was well taken care of and got everything that I needed. She was so kind and understanding and truly went above and beyond. I wish that everyone could be like Abby. She is such a light in this small town and someone who I would recommend anyone work with. I also noticed that she is bilingual which is very important in a town that has an international college! Even though my request was not in the "norm" of her daily tasks, she never hesitated or hindered to represent a willingness to assist and convey answers. You can teach Customer Service to people but some people like Nyjah just have the necessary character to do it well.
