This facility has not had an operational gate since July. They are not providing the secured self…read morestorage service for my RV that I pay for. I emailed them on August 21 to report this issue with no response. Due to no response, I went to the office approximately 2 weeks later where I was told it would be repaired the next week. I requested that they please notify customers when the gate is nonoperational so that I can check my RV. I emailed again on November 6 about the non-operational gate, after I used my RV that weekend and the gate was wide open again. I did not receive a response until I emailed corporate customer service the next day. I was told by Derek that he is a temporary worker, the manager is out for weeks, and the gate hasn't worked in the weeks he has been there and won't be fixed for a "few more weeks". Based on the lack of an operable gate for many months and lack of communication about this problem from this facility, I would not recommend.

I also enjoy that there is music playing in the storage area. A nice little touch to make things more inviting. The site is secure, well lit, and staff are very friendly and professional. The only thing I might say is carts seem limited, but it may have been they were somewhere else and just not by the door I used. I didn't check, I had what I needed and the storage never seems so busy that I had to wait for carts. Overall a good decision to move to this storage company.

Some major bull s**t! They will charge you $20 some dollars for going over mileage. And $40 some…read moredollars per day for going over your turn in day. Don't do military discounts at all. We got quoted 1,040 miles and 5 days of use for uhaul rental and we turned it in within 3 days and 800 miles used but couldn't give us any money back from it! So they'll charge you like crazy for going over your limit but won't compensate you for going way way way under your limit! I turned everything in early and now they could renting the equipment I used and make double the profit, if I would've known I would have not turned it in. Screw that! but they really were not willing to change my quoted price!!! Way over priced $1100 for a 15 foot truck and a half tow dolly for pulling my car. And for the uhaul to sound sh*tty the whole drive. The truck itself had like 130,000+ miles and was a crappy truck over all. Next time I rather just go with "Penske" for a little more money and get a better and bigger truck for practically the same price. At least you get your money's worth with them. The workers in the Killeen, Texas location were so damn rude and could care less about their job. At least in Columbus, Georgia the older man who worked there at least was acting like he didn't hate his life and wasn't rude.

They should be ashamed of their work ethic. Third! If anyone ever suggests this company or if you are unfortunately assigned this company because of a military move decline it and either move yourself or request a new company. We have not even finished unpacking our belongings completely and I believe we already looking at about a $1000 worth of damage/losses. Its ridiculous the amount of damage and heartache this despicable company has caused my family. They never came and did a walk through to asses how much material or supplies they would need for the job, showed up super late on pack out day, didn't even bother to show up the next day or call to say they weren't coming for that matter. We had to contact their contracting company to figure out where they were. Showed up unprofessionally dressed no identification whatsoever of who they were or what company they were with. They also never formally introduced themselves either. The "supervisor" verbally demeaned the other employees right in front of us reprimanding them for not packing things correctly, when in reality the whole thing was a mess. Things were carelessly thrown into boxes when we were unable to watch them and most fragile items had heavy items placed ontop of them and shoved into small boxes. We had two bookshelves that look like a chainsaw was taken to them, a whole box of Christmas ornaments that were not secured and spilled everywhere within the larger packing crate causing several to be broken. The final straw was my wives late Granny's cake plate that was obliterated to thousands of pieces. That is totally unacceptable. I understand things can get jostled around especially when moving across the country but I believe that if these people would have had any shred of human decency our things would have arrived in much better condition. I would not and will not suggest this company to anyone ever. These humans are terrible and should be ashamed of themselves.
