Very convenient location, great facilities and superb customer service. Amesha was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We initially rented just one space and realized late in the afternoon on our way with a 26' Penske truck full, that it would not be enough, so we called and she took care of our dilemma and when we arrived there were two spaces side by side, doors open and all clean n ready to fill up. She took care of reversing our charges for the single space and applied it to the payment for the two spaces. I told her just how impressed we are and grateful that Storage World was the owner now. I moved in before Storage World bought the business and used to get great service from the original owners. Now it's hit or miss. Over the phone, corporate is very detached and unhelpful. Not rude, just unable to help. In person, the representative is extremely genial and patiently helpful. However, I don't want to drive to the facility every time corporate mis-bills something -- which has been monthly so far. They are so helpful and their storage units are so clean. I'm glad I had to move my stuff somewhere else because the last storage building I had my stuff in was not so clean or helpful, and the reason I to move is because the prior storage building molded my furniture. I have not had any problems at all with this place. If I have to store my stuff again, it would definitely be here! read more
