Maybe I came on a bad day, but there were boxes everywhere and it looked disheveled. If they had a organization system I didn't quite catch it. I found ciders here and there in the store, not grouped together. Since I am not a beer connoisseur, I couldn't say if their selection was good or even organized. I have been to other beverage centers in the area so I know what is "normal" and what is "a hurricane just went through here." I saw a lot of cool ciders and picked some up, as well as a case of sparkling water. There was a half-full (or half-empty?) cup of beer on one shelf, which I assume was leftover from a tasting event they ran two days ago. I saw one employee several times walking around and stocking. He never said a word to me when I came in, never asked if I needed help, or didn't thank me for stopping by. His only word was "yup" when I preemptively set out my ID. Maybe I came on a bad day, or maybe it is normal for this place. I dunno, but there are better options that I enjoy more so I doubt I will be back.

During my short visit I was approached by three sales people, two very friendly, welcoming, and anxious to answer any questions. I was primarily interested in French and Northwestern wines. Not a huge selection but some very interesting and fine selections, several of which I haven't seen elsewhere in the Capital Region. I walked out with seven bottles. While I didn't expect this, I received a half case discount. Not inexpensive, but seemed quite fair for the area. I am looking forward to a return visit.

I have never been so disgusted and disappointed in a business..I used to be a rewards member with…read morethis store and now I refused to come back ..I came in the store to purchase some champagne I pick up a bottle that probably value $80 and decided to go with something cheaper so I put it back down but apparently I didn't not put it in the right placing .I purchased my item and left ..several hours later I receive a voicemail from the cashier stating " you were looking at some champagne and now we can't find it we need you to bring it back now " .They were insinuating that I had stole the bottle without even doing a clean sweep of the place and was being demanded that I bring back a stolen item I never took ..when I called them I politely but sternly told them that I did not steal the bottle and they needed to look before assuming I took something, I mean at least look at the camera before calling someone and labeling them a theft . After that I wrote the owners an email and I never heard from them .Not an apology was issue not even a reply .I can't help but to think This was somewhat racially profiled but I can't make that judgement only god can I just know I will never set foot in that establishment again .

When I asked for them to the cameras, they had an employee go check and come back and say I didn't pay. another employee decided to look for the back on the video and see that I did pay and tell everybody like hey he paid for his Items. but employee who stopped me, was very rude and said just because the way I look, she could tell I stole from the store.

As you walk in, the wines are on the right, very well organize, with competitive prices. Liquor and liqueurs will be on the left, with a significant assortment of whiskeys.
