They will share the door code with you before your appointment. You walk straight down the hall to the stairs and walk up to the third floor. The salon is right down the hall. There is a lot of natural light since there are huge windows on the side. I think they have five different stylists. They do women's, men and even children haircuts. I booked my appointment with Bianca. I needed a trim and a caramel balayage. Her appointments book up fast, so make sure to make it with plenty of time. I have a lot of hair and it is super long. I sent messages, called the salon, and even went back in person. Each time I was told the manager was not there and that they would call me back.
