The list is very long so let me pin down the points. 1. Freshly Cooked Home Meals - Amazing freshly home cooked meals everyday and she ensures that the kids are well fed. when they are young and having teething or have a rough day she goes beyond and cook specially for them to comfort them like how mom or grandparent will do at home. And to me it's a big deal. Another major point is the variety of fruits, vegetables and meals she provides. she uses great quality food items. 2. Maintaining great hygiene - she maintains high level of hygiene when it comes to kids hygiene. Specially when the kids are getting potty trained as they are learning accidents are going to happen but the way she keeps the items separate and clean is great. Even teaching kids the everyday hygiene routine in very simple ways so kids enjoy it and it becomes part of their daily routine. Her technique of potty training the kid is awesome - she works with parent to make sure we reach the goal happily. 3. Play and Learn - the amount of things my daughter has learned there is beyond my imagination, Reading books everyday, doing colors, tracing the letters, alphabets, months of year, days of week, rhymes, the list is endless. the one thing i really like about her is that Ms Bijal knows at which age what should be introduced to kids. from big piece puzzle to small pieces as the child gets older. and she teaches each kid with such a great patience and make it fun as well. as the kids get older she also teaches them how to communicate in english as she knows the preschool is approaching. this helps kids to adjust to bigger places very easily. Doing circle time every day, making kids speak and encourages them to communicate about their feeling is very important. and she does this effortlessly. 4. Proactive - She always have high energy - I am sure she would also have a rough day but it never shows on her face or actions. she always welcomes the kids with great smile and always send them home with big hug. 5. Communication - She always gives a very good summary of how the day went. when the kid is small she would provide the complete details of how the child ate, slept, learned etc. once the kid grows she encourages the child to tell parent what they eat or did today - it's a small thing but that gives kids practice to memorize what has happens throughout the day. 6. Adjusting - she is very accommodative in schedules. With everyones busy schedule she is always ready to adjust without any complain, and even when she has to ask for anything she gives enough prior notice and always think about parents schedule more than hers. 7. Safely - she takes great care of each kids safely, in case the kids get even a scratch she informs the parent with complete details. I feel safe when my kid is with her. I know Ms Bijal is there so that I can take of my other duties with great peace in mind. It's a blessing to have her in our life, she is just not a daycare person for us anymore, she is family.
