Later I discovered that every AC component had been replaced except the actuators -- which turned out to be the actual problem. They also did my leaf springs and reinstalled the shocks, but failed to bolt the bottom bolts down. A brake chamber was installed incorrectly, with the brake hose rubbing on the frame. This eventually caused the hose to break, leading to a roadside breakdown. The problem I see here is a lack of attention to detail and rushing through jobs without truly diagnosing the issues. I also dealt with a third-party warranty company that required the shop's business license and certified mechanic certificates. The shop promised to provide these but never did. They kept saying their mechanics were certified but refused to prove it to the #Warranty company. I expected more -- especially since they always claimed they would "look after me" as a customer.
