If you are a young woman, do not come here!!!!! They will try to take advantage of you!! I went in needing an alignment due to having an accident the day prior. They are charging $200 to straighten out a part that is bent + the cost of the alignment. On top of that, they scared me half to death saying my radiator was severely leaking and I needed to change it as soon as possible. As if my car was gonna break down as soon as it left the lot. Come to find out, the radiator was not in bad condition. A small leak, yes. For reference I drive an older vehicle, 2011 Chevy impala. I know the car is not in perfect condition. However, trying to get extra money out of me when services are not dire is crazy to me. My $70 alignment visit turned into a $799 quote. Avoid! read more

I used to come to Ed for services on 2 if my cars the Nissan Xterra and Chrysler 200. Ed and his staff are very friendly, nice and professionalism. They run my car engine under diagnostics machine and told me exactly what was wrong and let me know what much it cost to repair my car. I think their price tags were reasonable and not over charged. I love this repair shop, and feel that the worked Ed did on my cars just like my brother took care of his buddy's car. if I could give this shop a worst review under 1 star I would . The type of service received here was ridiculous . Arrived and entered the shop to ask some questions and the owner completely ate me alive . spoke to me in a strong and angry tone , kicked me out of the office and told me to get my car and leave . there is NO reason to treat your customers in that type of manner . Without your custompers , YOU HAVE NO JOB !! I hope one day he runs into someone and treats him the exact same way he treated us and realizes how you should never treat another human that way . read more

From a professional to another, I expected more. The Owner was combative with nearly every question that I asked that related to my vehicle. I am an African American woman and am not a mechanic, so I did have questions to ensure that I understood what was required and what it would cost me. I ended up getting the repair, but the price did change after my car was dropped off. I understand that quotes are not set in stone, but the price changed twice. I did bring this to the owner's attention and was met with an argument and insults. I should've read the reviews first. Now, I see why this place is never busy. Never again. read more

I have been taking my cars to Ed's shop for repairs for a long time. Their quality of repairs are superb, and they are always upfront with me about the costs and what needed to be done. They recently did A/C repair work on my Chevy Impala. The work was done perfectly and the A/C works great and blows cold in hot summer days. I recommend this shop to anybody who wants quality work done for a decent price. However, if you are the kind of people who want Tajma Hall for a dollar, good luck to you. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!! We just moved here from out of state, we didn't know where to go and came here.I needed brakes on my Yukon and my Chrysler sensor went out and needed an alignment. He never turned off the lights that tells you something is wrong in the dash for both vehicles. The alignment was horrible, the car basically takes a right turn if you let go of the steering wheel. He told me his words "your car is a piece of shit it's not worth fixing". We have never had any problems with our vehicles. Now after bringing them here we have tons of problems. He is the kind of mechanic that is going to fix one thing and then says oh this is broken now and then he has to fix that and then something else breaks and he has to fix that and then something else is going to break after that. I have spent over thousand dollars! Both vehicles I had to bring to a different mechanic because my brakes are going out on my Yukon after two months, and had to redo an alignment on my Chrysler. I repeat DO NOT COME HERE and waste your time and money!!! read more
