The staff is so kind and hard working and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. I have some dietary restrictions (gluten, dairy and egg) and they were very thorough to make sure I wasn't going to have any issues. I had the pabellion criollo and my hubby had an arepa. Both were so delicious! We even ordered one more to go so we could have it for breakfast tomorrow since we have a super early morning. Not a smile and or any tips/recomendations on dishes. We asked what size the starters was as the prices was close to the same as the mains, the waiter said small/ only a taste.. The starter was huge. For us this was really a poor experience, the service , the inovative peruvian cusine some mentioned in a review I could neither see on any plates or taste. The fish they used in both the cevitche starter and the main course was of a good quality and their pisco sour was also good, too bad they ruin thin impression with a non-existing service and some dishes who is close to a disaster.
