I have lived in Latitude for 2 years now and the service has been up and down. Con : - Way too many false fire alarms. - Poor elevator repair time. - New Fetch service that residents have to pay for. I do not like the Idea of a third party package service and feel I should be able to receive packages at my home. I certainly don't want a slower package service I have to pay for. - Community rules not enforced by management - see other reviews about rooftop, noise and smoking. July 2018, my 6 month old 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee was TOTALED on the 4th floor underground in the parking garage! No notification from the apartment, no call, nothing... I was away on a work trip in California and had no idea about the storm or that the garage flooded that bad. I walked out to my car with the water lines on it, then immediately went to the office where they were making a joke out of and laughing, absolute no empathy. Saying "i have a cool picture to show you" then showing me the one where it's 4 feet under water. I absolutely loved living here before this experience so this one was really tough to swallow, sure cars can be replaced but how they handled it was so unprofessional. It's been almost a year living here and it's been just ok, it is a great location, a safe area, and fun for a 24 year old that is new to the area but I believe that the price is way to high for what the building offers, no pool and the rooftop is great but the TV are not functional. If the apartment was empathetic to the residents who have resigned year to year, I'd have no questions resigning at Latitude but the rates went up so much that they've given me no other options but to explore the area! read more

Cons: - Bug infestations, there is a restaurant in the building that produces a lot of extra raw trash which has created a fly infestation. No matter how clean you keep your apartment you will get flies during the warmer months. - Hidden fees, the management finds new ways to sneak on added fees without giving you warning. There is an additional $20 per month just to receive you mail. - Poor sound proofing, be prepared to hear everything your neighbor is doing. everything. If I could put 0 stars I would. Upon moving in our doors would not close properly because they were not hung right. Our carpet in the bedrooms peeled back and our showers leaked. We were the first residents in our apartment by the way. The walls are paper thing, we could hear every word of each conversation our neighbors had. During a storm last year two elevators broke and the management company would not fixed them so that left 400 something units to depend on the two remaining elevators; one of which was usually booked for people moving in and out (many of us would end up having to take the stairs. I lived on the 7th floor. Not fun). I was towed from the parking garage when I paid for parking every month. After speaking to the manager of the building and showing her my parking pass properly displayed she said too bad and I had to pay 175$ to get my car back from the towing company. In addition to not trusting the tow company the parking garage FLOODS. While I was a resident here cars on parked on the 4th floor were floating around during one of the bad storms we had in Arlington. Again, the management company would not pay!!! The best way to describe Latitude is that it's an Ouuu~ Nah. Your initial reaction will be "ouuu~ this is nice" but once you move in, the actual apartments are a "Nah." Be ready to hear everything in the hallway because everyone's front doors are super loud when they close and have absolutely no sound proofing. Every time my neighbors closed their doors I thought someone was coming into my apartment because of the slamming of the doors (not done on purpose by tenants). Every time the unit upstairs flushed, I could hear it loud and clear. Maintenance personnel is completely careless and left my front door unlocked for the entire day after they had made a repair. Imagine my utter disappointment and shock when I came home after work to an unlocked front door. Another strange thing was that my apartment didn't have functioning windows so I could never get fresh air. I couldn't really cook because there was no way for me to air out the smell. However when it was really cold or really hot outside, I rarely needed to turn on the air since my place was literally sealed up. Of course this wasn't mentioned to me before I moved in. The three stars are for the timely responses from the leasing office staff, the 24 hour concierge for packages, the super cute dog spa that I never used, and the beautiful rooftop that I also never used. I also do like that the common areas are well kept and you can't beat the convenience of the location. It is literally steps from a clean, covered metro stop, 5 mins from a Giant, and 1 stop from all the "excitement" of Clarendon and Ballston. But at the end of the day I value the comfort and quality of my own living space so I chose to move out to a better designed property. The rent is fairly high compared to the surrounding apartments but it is the nicest in the area with nice open floor plans. Decide what's more important to you - if it's amenities and convenience, this place can't be beat. read more

I have lived at the Latitude for 5 years. It's a great location, but the building and management have gone downhill. Management is incompetent and unresponsive, package delivery issues, theft raises safety concerns, and late night loud parties are a few of the reasons I will not be renewing my lease. Delayed and stolen packages: Residents who are not in affordable units are expected to pay $21/month for a package delivery service called Fetch. Fetch has a 1-star rating on the Better Business Bureau and a 2-star rating on Google. Packages must be delivered to Fetch facilities and once delivered there is a delay in being notified of your package. Once you are notified you are asked to select the next available 3-hour delivery window. You can either sign for packages or have them left at your door for your "convenience". Latitude and Fetch like to promote that you have the option to have packages dropped at your door for your "convenience." However, my package was stolen and when I notified the building and Fetch, they both said it wasn't their problem and to not have my packages left at my door. So, when they are trying to sell the Fetch service as a "benefit" they tell you that you can have your packages left at your door for convenience but when you have a problem they tell you not to have your packages at your door?!?! Basically, you have to be home or make sure someone is home during the 3-hour window EVERYTIME YOU RECEIVE A PACKAGE to sign for it so your package is not stolen. There are no cameras in the hallways so it's a perfect environment for porch pirates. Further, if you get a package delivered to the building instead of Fetch, they will drop it at your door to be stolen, no notification. Make sure that your employer, friends, family, and everyone you come across has both your Latitude address and your Fetch address and that they remember which address to use for what. Or have all your mail inconveniently delivered to Fetch so you can sit around and wait to sign for it! Forget about time sensitive packages if you rent at the Latitude. Greystar and Latitude will say anything to make this service sound like it's a benefit. Safety concerns: There is a concierge that gives the image of safety. A key fob is also required at all entrances. However, the concierge will let anyone up to units which defeats the purpose of key fob. There is no visitor log, they don't care where you are going or what you are there for. According to management that's not their job. It's also not their job to accept packages, it really isn't their job to do anything. It's unclear what the concierge actually does. When I moved in 5 years ago, the Latitude was the newest apartment building in Virginia Square and it was a nice place to live, management was responsive, and they had a number of perks to make up for lackluster amenities. However, in the past two years the Latitude has gone downhill while a ton of newer and better apartments have gone up in the area. The Latitude offers residents nothing but four walls and a fountain made to look like a pool on the rooftop. read more

Stay away. I have lived in four apartment buildings in the DC metro area over the last five years, and Latitude is far away the worst property yet. While the front desk staff have been extremely pleasant and friendly, this building in the property managers have some serious issues to resolve. First in for most, a fire alarm should not be going off three times in a week at an apartment building were hundreds of people live. This has become so common place that it almost falls into the "boy who cried Wolf category". There must be some law or regulation that would hold a property manager or apartment complex liable in event of a true fire with so many false alarms. Regrettably, I renewed my lease for a second year, and should not have. There are plenty of other options in the area, and Latitude can only hold its own on location. That being said, the constantly broken elevators, overly sensitive fire alarms, and cheap construction should make you very weary when looking at here. I would recommend the Ava Ballston, or Virginia tower apartment complex in the area. I have lived at both previously and never had any of the issues I have experienced at Latitude. This complex has been a severe disappointment to say the least, but what is even more frightening is the fact that fire alarms go off so often, and residents have no idea if they are legitimate concerns or false alarms. Overpriced for the area and not worth it. Here are a few of the things I've experienced with this building: - broken elevators - broken trash chutes - false fire alarms which go off multiple times a day (once went off at 4am) The building itself is also very poorly designed. There are power outlets that are blocked by doors, closet doors that open too widely and take up too much space, and windows that directly funnel dawn sunlight into the bedroom while blocking out sunshine in the afternoon. The management staff also takes several days to respond to any email (if they respond at all) and do little to address residents' complaints. The building staff has introduced a rewards program encouraging residents to post 5 star reviews in exchange for gift cards, so take what you see here with a grain of salt. read more

Latitude is the most expensive dorm in the tristate area. Why wouldn't you pay $4,000/month to live surrounded by GMU college kids? If you're 30+ but miss the smell of pot in the hallways, the rooftop beer pong tournaments, the loud music banging on the walls 24/7, and the occasional fire alarm at midnight (see pictures), look no further: Latitude will make your worst college nightmares come true, every night. A great deal of managerial effort has gone into solidifying this lush college atmosphere. That's why, amid the pandemic, the gym has been closed but rooftop parties happen weekly. To add insult to injury, when our 14-month lease was up for renewal, Latitude tried to increase the price by $200/month -- during the COVID-19 crisis. At the same time, our floor plan was offered on their website for 1k less. Seriously, if you're a young professional, or just a serious student, run away from this place. Still excellent (as of Jan 2021) - I've lived in 4 different apartments here and all of them were as I described in the original review - fantastic design (not just aesthetic, functional), well thought-out, and well-kept down to the last detail. After having used Fetch for over a month (package delivery directly to the apt), I consider it a pro rather than a con. COVID is being handled reasonably well, though some apartments friends are in are doing better (dividers in front of the concierge, strict controls on public spaces, etc). Current management team and maintenance have been great to deal with even with larger or thornier issues like the garage flood of '18(if you see the post below about the first floor of the garage flooding during rains, it happened exactly once. Bit spooky when it did, but I'm told that the drains have been upgraded and it shouldn't be possible in the future) or a neighbor playing bass at 4AM repeatedly. Both were resolved rapidly and I was given not only a resolution, but also an explanation of the plans to prevent them in the future. There has been significant turnover since COVID, but my interactions have still been positive. Greystar hasn't cut back on the benefits and has instead kept up the steady stream of interesting resident events and added Alfred (essentially a concierge service which has done various things ranging from the free weekly tidy-up to picking up prescriptions to having shoes taken care of and even one-off errands such as contracting with a local seamstress to replace the flax in a heating pad with jasmine rice - all at low cost, subsidized by the rent I assume but given that I haven't seen a noticeable increase I'm not complaining) which I was highly skeptical of the value of at first but now am quite a fan. Issues I've seen (or seen in other reviews) are the following: Fire alarms - these were truly dreadful the first few months I was here, but now we're down to once every few months which is pretty par for the course in my book. They happen when somebody opens their door into the hall with smoke and are usually resolved within 5 minutes thanks to ACPD's speedy responses. Elevators being out - while we did have one elevator out for months in 2017 because they didn't think to build an awning over its' opening on the roof and I do see the occasional single-elevator outage, I can only really remember being aggravated by the latter once, and I'm picky. Trash chute not working as a door is propped open or the sensor thinks so - I've noticed this around once a month and I generate a lot of trash. The general response seems to be to either take the elevator to the first floor and put it in the bin, call the concierge and ask them to fix it - which they do promptly, or just leave the trash bag in the trash room/recycling bin. You'd think that the last would be a recipe for a stinky trash room, but thanks to the fantastic cleaning team, it stays spotless and smells amazing for a trash room. This is worth noting because that is very much not a given at other apartment complexes - the common areas, halls, etc are all kept very clean and they even shampoo the carpets from time to time. Hot water being out - as of 2020 this is now a very rare issue, thankfully. Never noticed a broken garage door. They tend to resolve issues very fast, so it was probably fixed before I got to it. I've yet to live on the 12th floor, so I can't comment on the various complaints about 12th floor leaks. In my experience, you can hear the apartment above you (not walking, the floors dampen that somehow - even with heels, but stuff like slamming doors, drilling, flushing the toilet etc), though less well than in most apartments, including the other luxury apartments around here (barring those with concrete between floors like Central Place which has its' own issues) but you can't hear your neighbors unless they're quite loud. Seems that the doors aren't 100% soundproof, but the walls are pretty good and I've yet to find better. Overall from my experience, discussions with friends, and research on the competition, while I wish that these issues didn't exist, there's no such thing as a perfect apartment complex and none of them is a big deal in large part thanks to the management, maintenance, and cleaning crew who keep this place in good shape. All of what I said in my original review about the awesome concierges, well-built building, smart apartment design and quiet are still true which is definitely not a given, especially the last. I've looked into the competition in Arlington multiple times as where you live is an important decision and it's important not to get complacent, but as of now the pros and cons are the same as when I first moved in. If you want somewhere high-quality and quiet yet extremely metro-accessible in Arlington, you can't beat Latitude. The main con is that it's not cheap - whether it's worth it is up to you. read more

I was one of the very first tenants. I tolerated the constant property management turnover, the out of order elevators, the constant, grueling middle of the night blaring fire alarms, repetitive leak in my wall, loud music which I don't even bother to report anymore! I pay almost $3000 per month. I am done and will not renew my lease next year. The only empathetic people in this building are the lobby people who bear the brunt of unhappy tenant complaints. Never, have I used social media to complain, in fact when I first moved here I posted a glowing review and received a monetary discount for referring a new tenant who has already left! Were it not for all of the other issues, I might be more sympathetic to the elevators out of order because of the rain. But this place...they could care less. Hi, I have been a resident here since august 2017 and I have just moved to the most expensive apartment in the building (the two bed pent house). It was my worst choice EVER! I was in between 672 Flat Apartments and this pent house at latitude. As of today, I have been living in this apartment for more than 3 weeks and the apartment has been leeking heavily since I moved in. The water has damaged the whole wooden floor in my apartment due to the leak! They have been trying to fix it for three weeks and it is still leaking! They have removed the wondow for two days (I have a pregnant wife and we were freezing these two nights!) and plumbers were coming every day to fix it but never really fixed anything! My apartment sucks but I couls not move out because I'm in the middle of the finals and I have paid more than $5000 to move in this new pent house + $1,500 to the movers! I could not afford paying more for a move out + they wouldn't pay me! You think they're trying their best to fix it, yeah? You know what's te problem? I have met the guy who used to live in my apartment and guess what? He moved out because of the same stupid leak!! They never told me! I got the worst experience with Greystar's leasing office:) If you're looking for a fancy/luxurious apartment, Latitude is the best. BUT is is the worst in customer's satisfaction!!!!!! read more

I've become more and more frustrated with my decision to move here as time has gone on. The building looks nice, but in reality it is cheaply constructed and experiences problems quite often. I would have given it 2 or 3 stars if it were cheaper, but when you are paying luxury prices, the list of issues really becomes unacceptable. The staff is friendly but also not very responsive. At least 3 times I've sent an email and either not received a response or had to follow up multiple times to get an answer. A lot of the tenants are getting frustrated with the building. It's starting to get a bit of a bad reputation in Arlington even from non-tenants. I'd recommend that Greystar get in front of these issues as soon as possible or they're going to be stuck with their current ~50% occupancy. Zoso flats or the Beacon are the same price or cheaper, and FAR exceed the quality of Latitude. Here's a list of some of the issues I've experienced so far: -The hot water was out for at least 3 days in December for the entire building. We were offered to go shower in the Gold's Gym bathroom (for free, yay!) -The trash chute on my floor is broken almost as much as it works -The walls are thin, my neighbors and I can easily hear each other -The elevators on my side of the building were out of service for about 1 month -The grills and the fire pit almost never work. The staff, while friendly, has no idea how to get anything working -Fire alarms on my entire floor have gone off for seemingly no reason multiple times -I spent $100 to rent the club room. The staff came up and placed a reserved sign on it, but didn't check inside (there was another party there), so I had to go up and deal with the other party. Take this review seriously, I have enough experience in Property Management to know this building lacks in quality (not materialistic, more in service.) Any who, here Latitude was a great community to live in. When it was Kettler, the office staff was so nice and welcoming whenever anyone went into the office. Then Monogram took over and it was also great and very welcoming. But when Greystar came along....everything....changed! Quality of building was good, service from office, not so good! Even during the welcoming party for the resident to introduce the new management, the PM was in a corner with her team the entire time. But there many issues that makes it somewhat not worth it and worth it: 1. Fire alarms went off at least twice a week at random times. Owner or management must have a lot of money to spend on every time the fire department comes. 2. Communication from office staff was extremely poor! I had to email several times to get an update on certain issues. They lack a sense of urgency. I moved a week before my lease was up. A WEEK! Why did it take that long? 3. Whenever I walked into the office, it felt cold and nobody seemed genuinely happy to see you. 4. Sometimes, some office staff will walk right pass by you and kind of do a smirk and keep walking. 5. They are not truthful. I went after I moved out, not even a week later to check my mail, and they told me my apartment was already occupied so they can't open the mailbox....really? I work in the industry, it takes a bit more then a week to turn an apartment. Later to find out that actually, no body lives there. Interesting. 6. When I was there, they didn't check for parking stickers on people's cars. I saw over 15 cars without parking stickers in the garage. 7. Maintenance team is the worst. They do half fast jobs. And the Maintenance manager told me my W/D cannot take a heavy load...ahh then why does it have a heavy load selection? There's more to that story. 8. And I hate to say this, but certain people I have spoken with felt the same way we did in certain ways that is illegal. 9. It's in a great location. Literally across the metro station and behind Giant. There a better places in the area with better staff and a bit older buildings with less issues. Just do your shopping and compare. Don't just bite the bullet because it has all the bells and whistles. Always remember, at the end of the day it matters more having a awesome office staff then every amenity under the sun. read more

This is the main reason for my review. We had 2 non-working elevators for almost 5 months and also we had a neighbor smoking in his apartment for 2 months, and there was little visible action from the management, and not only that we were sleeping with the smell of the smoke and waking up from 2 am to 5 am because we were unable to sleep because of the horrible smell and not only that, all of our clothing in the closet had the smell of cigarettes. Also, having the fire alarm going off over 19 times at all time of the day, forcing you to go down 6 floors to find out it was just a false alarm, and to see older individuals going down the stairs as well and families with their newborns, even on weekends, and not seeing an apology from the management, was something we were so over it. A major issue was the fact that we had three management companies in less than six months. Also, besides of not having hot water multiple times for multiple days during winter time and the management makes you go to a gym away from the apartment complex to take a shower, I must say the amenities in this place are good. The most significant issue with this building is the manager. She is always too busy to talk to you in the office. Most of the time that other residents or myself go to the office and her leasing consultant's agents must say she is not available because she is with somebody else or on the phone with someone. The issue is that her office has a huge glass window that happens to be on the walkway when I walk my dog, and I have seen her doing nothing nor with someone and not on the phone. The times you go to speak to her and have the chance to do it, she talks to you like she is superior, she even changes her tone of voice and facial expressions and shows negative energy. The biggest issue that happens to me was during our renewal process; this management was so disorganized on how to proceed with my renewal letter. I was under an affordable housing program, and every time they requested a document, and I send it to them they took so long to reply to either inform their received it or to let me know everything was good. We had to email her every time to find out we were missing some paperwork. This was our biggest nightmare with them, the way they handle all the renewal process took most of our energy. We were in a constant struggle to stay positive because of the lack of communication from the manager. We exchange over 100 emails to try to have our issue resolve, which was income qualification. This was by far one of the worst experience I ever experience with a management company, and I blame the manager the most for her lack of organization. An issue I had is the fact that the maintenance team takes their sweet time to complete work orders and you must email management multiple times to see some action. Not only that, but the management also take their time to respond and of course do not offer an apology for the inconvenient. We were great residents that always kept an eye in the building to make sure residents were taking care of common areas; we were always very diligent when we saw things out of place or when people were damaging the property. We are very proud of being great residents. We always took care of our apartment since that was our home and we did make sure our home was clean and in a perfect condition, which the management were a witness when they inspected the apartment and did not have anything damage nor dirty. Indeed, we loved to live at Latitude since it is in a great location with good amenities, but sometimes that is not enough to provide an excellent score. I've been meaning to write this review for a couple of months but finally getting around to it. I've been a resident of the building for a little under 2 years now. Overall, I would rate my experience as poor. 1st Issue: 2 of the 4 elevators were down twice. I believe the first time was due to water intrusion due to heavy storms. Considering management knew there was issues with water intrusion, they would try to mitigate the issue. After all, we live in Washington DC and experience frequent downpours during the summer. Nope! There was water intrusion a 2nd time which resulted in the elevators being down again. At one point, all 4 elevators were down and eventually got 2 of the them working. Let's see if management takes a cue and realizes they need to do something about the water intrusion issue. 2nd Issue: The parking garage floods during heavy storms. While I only witnessed it once, other residents have confirmed the flooding on multiple occasions. I myself have come back in the evening and noticed that P1 and P2 were moist. Again, no communication or apologies from management on this issue. 3rd Issue: Maintenance does a half ass job fixing issues. They have a love of using duct tape to fix anything from leaks to fault locks. 4th Issue: The property manage NICOLE STANELY has to be one of the most useless persons I have ever met. She's not qualified to run a lemonade stand. She's extremely rude and dismissive. 5th Issue: THE HOT WATER GOES OUT ALL THE TIME AND NOT COMMUINCATION FROM MANAGEMENT. This has to be the most frustrating aspect of living in this building. The water would go out at least 2-3 times a week. Nothing more exciting than having to start a day with a cold shower on a 20-degree day. 6th Issue: This isn't the buildings fault but the more so the residents. There are some nasty residents who don't pick up after their pets and let their pets urinate in the elevators, if they are working of course. Pros: I have to give kudos to the Concierge. Taylor was awesome and I give her and rest of the concierge props for dealing with angry residents. Also, location is awesome. Overall, I would recommend renting elsewhere. Considering they market themselves as a luxury building, the experience is far from luxurious. There are far better places out there. I'm looking forward to moving out when my lease ends in a couple of months. read more

I moved in mid-summer and am thrilled with my decision. 1. The building is brand new, beautiful and impeccably maintained. It always smells (and looks) so fresh, so clean. Whoever designed the apartments and common areas knew how to create luxury. 2. Amenities are very nice. Gym is always empty so I'm never fighting for a machine. The upstairs lounge and rooftop are also a gem. If only there was a pool! 3. It's very quiet. It's a dog friendly building but I've never heard an ounce of a bark or even just my neighbors in general. I believe there is padding underneath the floors as well to absorb sound from level to level - very smart. It's also quiet from outside noise. 4. Amazing staff and management. The friendliest, most helpful and considerate team out there. They respond quickly and address any concerns/requests. No complaints. 5. No maintenance issues thus far. Everything works beautifully in my apartment and the appliances are all pretty nice for a rental building. 6. Building events - management plans happy hours, etc. on the rooftop to gather residents together. It's really nice! The only two downsides I've experienced thus far - 1. Key fobs. You use this for everything versus a key. Normally would seem pretty cool and tech savvy, but they are required to go anywhere but the ground floor in the elevator. This is a huge pain in the butt for several reasons - 1) carrying bags or groceries from my car in the garage up to my apartment, my hands are full, but I need to swipe this to get into both the elevator bank and to my floor once I'm in the elevator; 2) on the rooftop with friends who inevitably need to take frequent bathroom breaks or just go to my apartment for whatever reason, so I either have to escort them down and back with my fob, or they have to take my keys and can never figure out the fob system themselves; 3) guests coming over - the front desk concierge has to escort them into the elevator to swipe them upstairs, which just seems ridiculous for the poor staff to have to do as often as guests come to our building I understand there are safety reasons for doing this in entrance banks or amenities but it seems a tad bit extreme and is just a nuisance when it comes to the elevators. 2. Fire Alarms. They've probably gone off 5 times since I've moved in about 6 weeks ago, not counting times I have not been home I heard they went off (after confirming with neighbors). This is a big pain point and something many residents have complained about just in neighbor chatter. I wish management would be more transparent with the residents as to what is going on - are there repeat resident offenders that need a stern warning, are they false alarms, etc. It seems each time the fire trucks come it's a false alarm - so is the system overly sensitive or just not working? The reason management should communicate to us about this is because with time it's pretty clear not everybody even evacuates anymore. When the alarms went off at 1am last night (yes 1am, in a deep sleep) and I eventually left my apartment, I saw plenty of my neighbors in their pajamas in the hallways laughing and debating whether or not to evacuate. And I honestly don't blame them - but my better judgement forced me to leave. I have lived in numerous rental and condo buildings over the past 12 years and never experienced frequency like this before. All in all - lovely place to live and somewhere I'd recommend but would love to get more feedback on what's causing the fire alarm issues! read more

I met Jessica, the property manager, at the tower clubs in Tysons and we've become good friends ever since! She invites me to all the events at all the properties she works at and I absolutely love going to them (I think she's trying to convince me to move haha). This building is probably my favorite out of all the ones she's shown me and trust me when I say Monogram has a nice collection of luxury apartments. It has a beautiful rooftop and a great lobby. My daughter recently relocated to Virginia and we needed a safe apartment with proper amenities in a convenient area, Latitude met all our needs. The building is new and beautiful, loaded with amenities like a well-equipped gym, common areas with lounges, grills, pool table, etc. The location is ideal with a Metro station right across the street and numerous restaurants, stores, markets within walking distance. There is a 24 hour concierge and underground parking. The management was great to work with; Ryan and Jessica are terrific. I highly recommend Latitude apartments. read more

First and foremost, I've had my fair share of hopping from city to city, and therefore, apartment to apartment, each year. This complex has exceeded any and all of my expectations, which is not only because of its amenities, superb location, and overall beautiful design, but also because Latitude is the product of an enthusiastic and attentive management team and supporting staff who truly care about this property and its residents! Jessica, Claudia, Ryan, the rotating concierge team, and the incredible maintenance and housekeeping staff, make Latitude stand out among the many, many housing options in Arlington. Countless times, these individuals have gone out of their way - above and beyond - to make my experience here as comfortable, safe, and convenient as one can get. I could go on and on about what this apartment has to offer you, but I urge you to take a tour and see for yourself! Absolutely stunning apartments and community. My best friend lives here and I definitely plan on moving here in January. The amenities are so upscale and luxurious, the rooftop pool and fire-pit are my personal favorites. I adore the pet wash station and how pet-friendly the community is. The staff in the main office is fantastic, Ryan showed me 4 different 2 bedroom apartments that I am interested in. He really took his time and didnt make me feel like I was bothering him like some other communities I visited in the area. I recently visited this BEAUTIFUL complex while looking for a place to live Arlington. I was WOWED by every aspect of my visit! I was toured by a nice gentleman named Ryan. He was SUPER attentive to my wants and needs in an apartment! He showed me 3 floor plans, all of which were beautiful! He was extremely kind, and very patient with me through the whole process. I have been to 7 other complexes in the area and Ryan's service outshines them all. Between the immaculate apartments, and the amazing service Ryan provided, I will DEFINITELY be leasing here in November when it comes time to relocate. I have been waiting for 5 days to get a new leasing offer (I've been a resident for more than a year and brought 3 different residents to this property) and they have sent me the offer on the 6th of december to sign the new lease but required me to pay for the whole 6 days + a late fee of 250$ (while I was waiting for them to send me an offer, which is unfair since its not my fault). They only look for your money, loyalty is ZERO! they have no loyalty to valuable customers. read more

I just moved into the Latitude at the beginning of the month. My experience there has been wonderful. Everyone on the staff has been warm, familiar and extremely attentive to their guests needs. I started working with Ryan Crawford when I was first looking for apartments and he really took his time to help me find the right space. He helped me move in and coordinate with the utility companies. Ryan even helped me install my cable (which is never a fun task). Leasing office could do much better. They could be more responsive to problems and requests of the residents. It is basic at the most.

So I happened to be looking up places to rent online since my lease is close to being up when I came across these apartments and oh my gosh. The pictures alone blew me away. The place looks amazing! Not even like an apartment complex! On one of my days off I decided to casually walk in to get more information about the place and Ryan was super helpful. He answered all my questions with no hesitation (even the dumb ones) and I now have this location at the top of my list of places I want to move to. read more

Latitude is really a wonderful place to live.The building is brand new and very well constructed. You have nice amenities, courteous neighbors and (now) a professional staff.Maintenance is quick to fix and communicate with the residents of the building.The apartment is located in a great location being right across from the metro and walk-able to many shops and restaurants. As a resident here I am very satisfied. The only con I can list about the building is that there is no peep holes on the doors. We have brought this up to the previous management and they mentioned others have complained about this and that there is a possibility we could be getting them. read more

I traveled from Loudoun County just to check out this new apartment in Arlington. The Concierge greeted me with a warm welcome and a smile. The Leasing Office Team were busy with other clients so I had to wait just a little while and was offered complementary coffee from their lobby. Speaking of the lobby - the ambience was perfect! Claudia from the Leasing Office was very helpful and informative. I also met Jessica - Community Director who also took part of giving me the building tour and was excellent. The Rooftop is UNBELIEVABLE! You'll just have to go and see it. I can't wait to move in the city soon and as of now, Latitude is on top of my list! read more
