He said that the appointment is just to talk to him, not to get the service. WHAT? Told him is not diagnosed by 5 I woukd pick car up. At 10 to 5 they FINALLY called and said that the car would need over $6000. 00 timing chain. Report said that would be a "start". Timing chain supposedly takes 15 hours of labor. Internet says it sould be between 2 and 3000 to replace but should last the life of the car. Felt like they were patronizing and offered poor service for giving appointments with no plan to perform the test. Won't be going back.

The owner was able to get me in and I was able to pick my car up two days later. Owner was easy to deal with, but the pricing was a little bit higher than other local shops. when I called a few other places to get pricing afterwards, they were about 10% higher for the same tires. Regardless, I would go with them again if I were in a pinch, but if you have the time, do not be afraid to shop around.
