All I do is write down the amount of clamps that I get or the feet and how much it cost per foot. Then another customer came in and wanted a chain cut the lady who was helping me at the desk didn't know how to do it. So she asked me to do it. Then the guy who was sitting outside on a forklift, comes in and yells at me for doing it. if you don't want your customer to use it, put it around back. Also, I understand it has to deal with insurance purposes. I don't stay outside the entire time or train your other employees on how to use it. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I rebuild cars trucks, tractors side-by-side all kinds of stuff. You guys are always the place to go to. But now I will not be doing that. I will go to busy beaver where they don't give a crap if we use a tool.

This is a small hardware store, located in a small plaza with a Giant Eagle, a pizza place, a…read moreChinese restaurant, a jewelry store, and a few other places that come and go. This location used to be a dollar store. I was heading out to the grocery store the other day and needed just a few items for our new house. It could have waiting, but I figured I'd give this hardware store a try, since I was right there. I was looking for three things: numbers for our mailbox, a silver light switch cover (we were one short), and a plastic piece to go over a vent. Surprisingly, I found all three at this little gem. The only downside is that the switch covers only came in brown, cream, and white...no silver for a double switch. No worries. Since they were something like $1.39, I bought one for the time being until the next time I head out to Lowe's or Home Depot. On the down side...unfortunately, I don't think this place will get much business. It's in a bad location and really just can't compete with the bigger box stores. However, I hope it sticks around. The employees were more than helpful and I got a great big smile from the cashier. The prices are obviously a little more expensive than a bigger store, but they were not outrageous. For me, it was worth it to just have to drive a few miles down the road.

(There are also some other businesses on the upper floors of the building.) The people who work here are great -- friendly and helpful. They also know what they're doing, and don't try to upsell or make you feel dumb for asking a question. The store has a wide variety of items, and a lot of things in a semi small space, but it doesn't feel messy or overstuffed. It's a very clean store, but not in a sterile untouchable way. I definitely recommend this place
