This store has a large selection of fun merchandise for kids and adults, including model cars, model trains, games, puzzles, craft supplies, science kits, and other toys. My husband was looking for two particular products, and at this store, he found one of the products, instructional cards for the game Warhammer. He said that the price was comparable to what he would pay if he were to buy the product from an online retailer. The cashiers were very friendly. They had greeted us when we first entered the store. Later when we were checking out, the employee apologized for making us wait for a couple of seconds. She thanked us for our purchase and told us to have a good day.

I went to their store to sell some cards and was told they don't buy at their store. The manager at their store was disinterested and said that they only buy online, and are very selective about what they buy. It appears they are only interested in what grows their online presence and have little interest in independent card buyers who are looking to trade, buy, or sell. I would not recommend this business to anyone and am disappointed they represent anything associated with the Steel City,

Steel City reduces the amount they offer to pay after they receive the product. Legal action will be commenced to recover monies owed.
