I have to say he has helped me so much in this time for my chronic pain. Although my issues cannot be "cured", Ryan has always been an excellent caregiver in helping me manage my chronic pain. This is not like one of the "chain" physical therapy facilities. You are not just left alone to do some exercises, the staff here gives much more personalized attention. First of all, I've been here once and was referred by the Legends radio station for their "$29…read morefirst appointment" gimmick. The $29 covers an examination, a brief (but in depth) massage chair session and some minor adjustments. Actual adjustments, aka cracking your back like a glowstick is $35. I was not expecting to spend more than $29 at my first visit so I was a little off-put, and that's why I'm giving it 3 stars. Their program, on the other hand, seems very reasonable, $99 a month for at least 6 months (with early termination fees if applicable) for 4 sessions a month, or $35 for any adjustment. They do not take insurance but keep their prices competitive and low. They use a lot of technology at this practice, including laser and cryotherapy. Might be your thing, might not be. Doctor seemed plenty knowledgeable and I was even sent home with a sheet displaying various stretching exercises.

Great, brand-new facility. There is a physical therapy clinic, as well as a state-of-the-art…read moremedically oriented gym. The place is run by a Physical Therapist/PTA team, so you can attend for therapy, or join the gym. The equipment in the gym is really unique - it's technogym equipment, so it helps you count and pace your reps, and tracks the weight you use. Since the facility is within the Bill Grays Iceplex, you can use technology on the cardio machines to watch any of the ice rinks (in case you're there during your kid's hockey practice). You can also listen to music, watch YouTube, or travel through various "trails" on the cardio equipment as you work out. And the staff are medical professionals, so they will make sure you have a great program and answer your questions. As for the PT side, Matt & Rob are great and personal. I'd highly recommend them!
